The best thing I ever did

From suffering with Virgin to moving to Brill and, it was like moving from a horse and cart to a supersonic jet .

The engineers from City Fibre were quick and tidy. I already had a few Eero mesh pods so it was a real bonus to find they supplied me with another one. That meant that it was simply so easy to get myself on line

When I needed to speak with support again it was like moving from the dark ages to modern day. Their staff are great and if there's a problem then their procedures keep you informed.

Needless to say I very happy with the download and upload speed that I get and to be honest I can't see going anywhere else

Faultless

Been using Brillband for a year now. Speeds have been fast, as advertised. Great service when moving house. Great company their customer service is really friendly too. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Easy to sign up to an excellent service.

Easy to sign up and transfer. Early notice of delivery of router with set up details also sent. Router was indeed easy to set up and so far the whole system is running sweet.

Great company

Great company - no issues in the year since I have been with them. Only needed customer services before I took out the broadband with them and they were great. Consistent speeds, bit cheaper than most and rarely falls over - twice I think and overnight, not during the day. I was originally with Virgin Media (don't ask) then another provider via City Fibre (terrible router and fairly rubbish customer service) and finally Brillband. They are genuinely the best broadband provider I have ever had the pleasure to use. I pay my bill each month, I use their broadband (including for work). No hassle, no issues. If my daughter could use City Fibre I'd have recommended them already.

Flawless switch to Brillband

5* Customer Service

I've been with Brillband for a while and at the start i wasn't getting the speeds i was paying for but realized it was due to my old supplier not releasing the line to Brillband so Scott who has been nothing but helpful through the whole process i finally got connected Yesterday through open-reach id definitely recommend this company who basically jumped through hoops to get me connected they care about there customers and there based in Scotland thanks Brillband

We want to reassure you that as soon as we became aware we couldn’t fulfil the order due to provider-led timescale restrictions, we informed you straight away. These booking windows are set by our line providers, such as BT Openreach and CityFibre, and unfortunately prevent us from progressing orders too far in advance.

Our intention has always been to get you connected as close to your original plan as possible, and we’ll be in touch again to help get everything set up when the timescales allow. We do appreciate that this situation was disappointing, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and confusion caused.
