Sheikh Babu rude unprofessional behavior
While there are many helpful and professional individuals within your team, there appears to be a lack of proper customer service standards being consistently implemented.
In particular, I experienced unprofessional behavior from an agent named Sheikh Babu, who seemed to use the hold function in a manner that felt dismissive and similar to ending the call. I kindly request that additional training and guidance be provided to agents regarding professional customer service practices and call handling etiquette.

We’ve been a Brightsun customer for…
We’ve been a Brightsun customer for several years and Nisha Maradia has been our consistent point of contact across multiple family holidays. Our most recent booking was for a 9-night family trip to Turkey for August 2026, and the process tested every aspect of an agent’s job.
We started enquiring about Sardinia, pivoted to Crete, then to the Algarve (had a Pine Cliffs Marriott option held), then finally landed on XO Cape Arnna in Fethiye after weeks of changing our minds. Throughout this, Nisha pulled together fresh quotes, re-checked availability, held rooms, and waited patiently while we deliberated. Every quote came back quickly, often within 24 hours, with flights, transfers, and accommodation all priced together.
What we particularly valued:
• Genuine effort to sharpen pricing. On the final XO Cape Arnna booking, she pulled an instant-purchase rate that gave us a Comfort Family Room (the upgraded category with two bathrooms) at the price of the basic Family Room. That was a real saving and a clear example of an agent working to get a better deal.
• Patience with multiple destination changes. We reset the brief three times. She didn’t push back, didn’t rush us, didn’t make us feel like we were wasting her time.
• Personal warmth. When there was a difficult family anniversary mid-process, she handled it with genuine care, not just a transactional response.
Overall, Nisha is a hard-working, patient, and personable agent who genuinely tries to deliver value. For straightforward bookings she’s excellent. For complex multi-destination decisions she’ll see you through to a good outcome but expect to do your own research alongside her quotes. We’d book with her again and have already recommended her to friends.
