Brighton Wills was a real find - a specialist will-writer - just what I needed. Jane Amos was lovely to deal with, and her advice invaluable; for example, she instantly recommended a Vulnerable Persons Trust for a beneficiary who was receiving State benefits. Highly recommended.

I have recently made my will with Brighton Wills and Trusts. From my first enquiry to the signing of my will, Jane has been professional. helpful but most of all, totally approachable.I knew roughly what I wanted to do with my property and belongings. After explaining these ideas to Jane, she took on board everything I wanted, made some excellent other recommendations and put everything in place for me. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

I would highly recommend Brighton Wills to anyone, who like myself, needs support and guidance in dealing with legal and administrative matters. Throughout the process Jane was personable, patient and understanding and went the extra mile to ensure I understood all the documentation.

The Brighton Wills and Family Trusts has been an amazing service. My husband and I wanted to do our wills but didn’t have the first clue how to go about it. Jane visited us at our home and we completed our wills, her kindness and professionalism is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

I was quite naive about how to make a will, and spent some time looking for an advisor who I felt comfortable with. Then I found Jane. She is such a lovely, warm and friendly lady, and super-experienced and knowledgeable too. She helped me organise everything exactly as I wanted, gave me some excellent advice for future in case I wanted to change anything, and made the whole experience smooth and simple. I am very happy with all aspects of the service provided and highly recommend Brighton Wills and Family Trusts.

Can’t praise them enough !
Can’t praise them, and Jane enough! Had to postpone meeting twice, no pressure! Meeting was in my home which was great. Also took out a Funeral Plan and will go back for PoA! Have asked my daughters to them as well!,

Jane and Mark handled our Lasting…
Jane and Mark handled our Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will update a couple of years ago and provided an excellent service so I had no hesitation recommending them to my elderly aunt who needed to do the same. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service. A quick phone call to me to explain how things worked, an appointment made and a charming lady came to my house, took all necessary details of what I wanted in my Will. Soon after a draft was sent to me by email which I confirmed and then the actual Will arrived by post. Hassle free, no hanging around for expensive solicitors, all done in your own home. I would recommend Brighton Wills to anyone.
