I thought our situation would be complicated and expensive. We spoke to Jane who immediately put our minds at rest. Jane went through every step with us and was the ultimate professional. The cost was nothing like we had thought. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

My husband and I could not fault the service we received from the initial enquiry to receive our wills. The zoom service was particularly convenient as we are rarely together during the day. Jane is so professional and knowledgeable, we have recommended her to our friends.

The idea of writing a Will is very daunting, but Mark and Jane were absolutely wonderful. They guided me through every step and ensured my wishes and the final Will were exactly what I wanted. Lovely people and had that personal touch, with it being a family run business. Thank you, I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

After COVID we have become more afraid of direct contact with people outside the family but this company explained how to use Zoom and eased an old codger like me through the process using this new technology, the lady was wonderfully patient and the results are extremely professional without having to leave the house.

Jayne was amazing, she helped me understand the implications of my initial thoughts regarding my estate and created a much more tax efficient path to ensuring my money went to people and organisations I choose with the minimum of fuss for them after I'm gone.
The peace of mind she has given me is a godsend.

Quick to respond to query for a Will for my son, but unfortunately the document sent was incorrect.

The Will service is not like the Will service you get from a solicitor, whereby they would draft it, witness your signature and store your Will.

No need for further contact as we've gone to a solicitor who squeezed him in & got it sorted properly before he went away.

From the very start Mark and Jane were so totally approachable. We were very daunted by the idea of making new wills following marriage and as soon as I made the initial phone call to Mark (who managed to put me completely at my ease) I felt as though we would be in safe hands and we were. Our zoom call to Jane was enlightening and not at all scary as she gently talked us through the whole process - she went to great lengths to ensure we achieved our wishes. Jane was clearly an expert in her field and avoided all the scary legal jargon but at the same time made sure she was correctly interpreting our final wishes. Jane very speedily produced draft wills and after a tiny tweak we were in a position to request the actual Wills. They are very nicely bound and now that the signatures have been witnessed we can now relax knowing that our wishes are clearly set out. We would thoroughly recommend Brighton Wills.

An excellent, quick and very reasonably priced company. I would not hesitate to recommend Brighton Wills. They were super informative on the phone and organised a zoom call to explain everything succinctly and answered any queries with authority and clarity. I would say that I would definitely use their services again but being a Final Will and Testament I unfortunately won't have to unless reincarnation is actually a thing! However, I have passed on their contact details to a lot of my friends and family.

Jane was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our complicated wills. She took time to explain the legalities and process of how a will works with extended families. We feel confident and with advice given, is exactly what we required. Living 100 miles away from Brighton, all communication was via e-mail & phone calls, this worked so well, with quick responses to any questions that I had. I can highly recommend Brighton Wills.

Jane and Mark of Brighton Wills and Family Trusts are both professional and friendly putting you at ease whilst guiding you through the process of writting your will, which both my partner and I thought would be quite a daunting process. This was not the case, we found the experience quite pleasant under their expert guidance and felt quite at ease just having got the process underway.
