Tomas and the team were superb! We had a tricky boiler replacement project trying to locate a valve hidden somewhere. While others panicked, he was calm and methodical resulting in locating the valve and went on to complete the job. Super professional and really nice guys!

Always a good company to use, reliable, honest and thorough. If and when there is a problem they explain everything really well and give lots of options. Used the company for over 15 years for a few properties. Have tried others when Safe Gas are really busy, but never got the same service.

Great service, called in the morning for the boiler service, it was completed within 4 hours and all documentation provided. The staff are friendly and the team are very helpful. highly recommended.

I was genuinely so impressed by Safe Gas in every aspect of their work. Our boiler went in the middle of Feb and within 40 mins of calling them an engineer was at our door. He was great - identified the problem quickly and told me what needed to be done to fix it. Later that day they emailed a couple of options over, with prices. I chose one and asked for a specific day for him to come back and sort things out. He arrived on time that day with the parts needed, fixed it and got everything up and running again. Sounds straightforward I guess but was such a relief and they were great at everything - customer service, no hidden costs, did what they said they would.
