Super helpful in installation in a tricky location. Amazingly helpful once up and running - I mean send an email and get a quick, helpful, human response. Even on pretty technical issues. What's not to like. 100% recommend.

What a relief!!!
What a relief to *finally* have a decent connection...the bigger companies didn't seem remotely interested.
Brighton Fibre not only managed to squeeze me in early but are super friendly and responsive...when dealing with them you feel like a human talking to other humans...rather than a wallet that gets blasted with automated mails and bounced between call centres.
Honestly, signing up with them is a no-brainer if you're a brighton resident.

Simply incredible
Not only has Brighton Fibre brought much needed competition to a street where the choice was between an under-performing cable company or broadband providers limited by failing copper phone lines, but their customer service is unlike anything I have come across before. This locally-based team are always happy to chat when seen on the street connecting another resident, and are on hand via WhatsApp, email or telephone. All this is to almost forget mentioning the faultless 100Mbps up/25Mbps down fibre connection, which is their base offering (it can go much, much faster). Brilliant!

I will never change internet again
We switched to Brighton Fibre (formerly Fair Fibre) around three years ago, and am so pleased we did. Strong reliable connection (a significant improvement over all of our previous big name providers), incredibly friendly and fast local technical support, and very reasonable rates. 100% recommended without any hesitation.

Top class fibre connection
I am so impressed with this company. They provide a real service to the community. The installation was really quick and user friendly. Everyone I had direct contact with had a positive attitude and wanted to help me get the connection I needed causing me as little disruption as possible when bringing the fibre into my flat. Highly recommend them. Excellent value for money

Highly recommended
We have had a great experience with Brighton Fibre since switching from one of the larger suppliers. We very rarely have to report any downtime or issues but when we have the response has been immediate. Highly recommended.

Excellent value & support, faultless so far
Brighton Fibre are a local provider with very responsive and helpful support. They have gone above & beyond to get me online across three different properties, I wouldn't use any other provider.

Very fast reliable internet
Brighton Fibre team are great. So refreshing being able to talk directly with the engendering team who know their stuff. The connection is also great! No down time and very fast download and upload speeds.

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended.
We have had such a positive experience with Brighton Fibre. From beginning to end of our installation they have been helpful, proactive and informative, and have solved problems that other providers have been unable to. Service has been brilliant and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The team at Brighton fibre are second to none. You know who you are dealing with and they really understand their customer. They look for solutions and are seriously fast at responding to any questions or resolving issues (normally caused by openreach!)
