Excellent install by Mark and Harry. Extensive work carried out quickly with very little disturbance. Neat install that works very well.

The person who came out to this job, Mark, was excellent. He checked and changed the router and checked that everything was working fine before he left. He was friendly, polite, and actually knew what he was talking about.

Our engineer Mark was brilliant! Very friendly and professional throughout our installation :)

Mark was lovely introduced himself explained what he was doing.
Made sure internet was up and running before he left. Very polite to myself and chatted to my grandson while waiting to do final checks. Would recommend 100%

Thank you to Mark Cowley. The engineer that carried out work at my property. I had a special request to route fibre optic cable to the upstairs room at the rear of my property. It would have been much easier to route to downstairs at front of property as this is where the pole was situation, however Mark understood my request and went above and beyond in meeting my request. The work was done to an excellent standard, he was professional and efficient and shown respect for my home. I couldn't ask for better service from an engineer. The guy deserves a raise from whatever he's earning and is a credit to freedom fibre.

Fibre to the house all hooked up today ready for use when the router arrives. These 2 engineers ( Harry M and Jake ) arrived today and carried out a fast and very professional job. Explained everything that was taking place as the job progressed and what needs to happen when our router arrived. No mess, very respectful and have done a very neat job indeed. Can highly recommend these 2 guys as well the company. Thanks very much both.

All good with fibre install. Communication prior to day of was good. On the day, Harry (m) turned up promptly, worked cleanly, was respectful and communicative. No issues encountered so wrapped up within a good timeframe that left me free to enjoy my day

Mark has come to my house today to prepare for my broadband switch. He was able to explain what would be happening in layman terms, he surveyed well - giving timescales for today's work and was really friendly. A really nice guy.

Harry and Mark were quick and punctual! Cleaned up after themselves and able to explain the easy process of setting up my Squirrel router when it arrived. A call was made to let me know they were on their way. Unable to give 5 stars due to the no-show the week before (booking system fault). Cannot fault the engineers however.

They came and installed our fibre today, absolutely brilliant and quick. Harry was our installer, thank you!

I have an account with Zen who have partnered with freedom fibre.

I made the decision to move to Zen who are partnered with Freedom fibre end of October & since then Freedom Fibre have had 6 outages, 1 lasting for 2 days. There is no customer services so it is impossible to get any updates on what the issues are. They only work Monday to Friday so if there is an outage at the weekend you are screwed! avoid at all costs

Sam, the installation engineer, was on time, friendly,, careful, and full of useful advice and information.
My only qualm is that he didn't explain how to pair the router in the absence of a WPS button, but not a big issue after a quick Google.

Excellent service from Craig & Stefan. Friendly, considerate & efficient. They took account of my concerns to minimise visible external cabling & upcoming landscaping plans.

Brilliant service from Freedom Fibre. Particularly their engineers Harry & Sam who have a great attitude. Nothing was too much trouble, super tidy workers and really neat install.

In March, we had internet installed through BeeBu (and, we're assuming, Circet), who subcontracted the work to Freedom Fibre Ltd. While the installation itself was completed, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

During the process, the installer broke two shelves, which resulted in significant damage to several brand new books - including signed editions and personally valuable items. The total damage amounted to hundreds of pounds.

We contacted Circet (presumably overseeing the work), but Freedom Fibre Ltd has refused to take any responsibility. Their reasoning? That it’s “impossible to know” if their installer caused the book damage - despite us providing receipts showing when the books were purchased. Also, are we seriously to believe that an installer could snap two shelves and the contents wouldn’t be affected?

To make matters worse, the installer decided to permanently screw in the shelves, even though they were clearly movable - further compounding the damage and making the situation irreversible.

We hired BeeBu expecting a professional service. Instead, we received careless workmanship and a complete lack of accountability from Freedom Fibre. BeeBu, for their part, has not resolved the issue and seems to be distancing themselves from the problem entirely. I haven’t heard back from Circet in over a month.

This has left us deeply disappointed, stressed, and out of pocket. If you're considering using Freedom Fibre Ltd, BeeBu, or Circet, we strongly urge you to think twice - and be prepared to bear the cost of any damage they cause in your home.
