Tyler is a good agent -mayo

I definitely enjoyed my booking experience. The service was excellent and worthy. I was treated with dignity and patience.
I was served by Paul Lee. He trated me with high respect. He offered me choise and was very patient with me as i struggled with hearing and speech. I have mobility issues but he assured me that he will arrange for support when i get to the terminal. I kept asking him to repeat himself a lot which took his time, but he never rushed me or interrupt me. In this regard, I will continue to use this service in the future.

This is a message to all future travellers attempting to use Bright Holiday Travel Ltd. Please be fully aware and refrain from using them as they only care about grabbing your money. I paid them £1,370 for a flight ticket with BA. When I discovered a discrepancy with my travel entry Doc, I informed them immediately but they did not want to know. They hardened their hearts and refused to show any compassion. They refused me any refund or opportunity to reschedule, which was possible, instead they claimed that my ticket was "cheap" which is untrue, at a cost of well over £1K. I would urge you not to do any business with them and go elsewhere. They are only after your money and will trap you with jargon when any thing goes wrong. I will continue to alert the public until I receive a satisfactory outcome to this problem.

I paid £2536 for a a week for 3 in Gambia which turns out to be only 5 days, stop over flight, no transport, nothing, basic tickets only, 2, 23kg suitcases allowed plus hand luggage, separate seats etc
I wish l had gone with Tui who was offering 7 days, chose your own seats, 3 sets of 20 kg luggage plus hand luggage, direct flight to Gambia transport to and from the hotel etc for £2, 400 .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH THESE SCAMMERS HONESTLY.
I wish l had known better before l booked with them, lm so disappointed….never ever again…you have been warned..
Honestly the people who are leaving 5 star reviews are their own staff as there is no way on earth a
genuine reviewer would even leave 1 star.

I don't trust them they sold me ticket which I paid in full a month before my travel date and when I ask for my tickets they said sorry the airline has increased the tickets and asked me to pay more which I refused and ask for my money back they refunded £758 and refused to pay back the £200 but I would pay a surprise visit to their office to collect my remaining balance i advise everyone to avoid them they are not honest and poor in communication

I looked around for a while for a trusted broker with a good balance of product offerings vs forex training and I have to say, bright holiday Is one of the better brokers for this. I’m not an expert trader by any means, but this is my honest review that I found this broker to be excellent! Their account set-up is easy - I especially love the My bright holiday portal which has lots of different resources, including loads of training videos, past webinars, ebooks, etc...plus you can even sign up to their ongoing new webinars. Unfortunately, I have yet to see a seminar in my location, which is a shame - and I hope they will bring their events here soon.
Regarding the platform, the order execution is good and I had no problem with depositing & withdrawing my funds which seem super fast and reliable, and if I did have an issue, I think their customers care is one of the best, as I use them often if I have any questions, they are quick to respond /fix my problem. I also really like the company ethics with supporting causes like clean and healthy oceans and partnering up with Lewis Pugh. I highly recommend them!
