Jeff has been the most patient, courteous and kind person, always professional and proactive in giving me information and reminders over a period of 6 months. I have had to change my dates twice and he has gone the extra mile in customer service. He has been a pleasure to work with and a credit to your company. I wish him well.

I have good Experience with Mr Jim Elton. Mr Jim Elton he is good person and he know how to talk with customer and have time with customer.

I have a difficult time with flights because of the changing of date but I appreciate JIM for sorting out for me, really appreciate you jim
