Recently bought our first home
Recently bought our first home. Didn’t have much knowledge or experience in the matter. Contacted Brighter Financial Services and spoke with Jess. Absolutely brilliant service from there! Everything was hassle free and Jess was always there if you needed everything. I would definitely recommend Brighter Financial Services to anyone and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Our Advisor, John, has looked after us for 5 years, he is knowledgable, patient, listens to our requests and advises us to our satisfaction with our best interests at the forefront. We will be staying with Brighter through our retirement years and would always recommend them.

I’ve been dealing with Brighter for several years now working towards my retirement and have total confidence in their service.

Ross has provided me a friendly and efficient service for a number of years now. He’s always been flexible and responsive and I am both happy with the level/breadth of expertise and feel completely confident in the services provided. Clearly asking someone to provide guidance and advice in relation to your finances involves a great deal of trust and I feel very secure with Brighter. When you start using a new service or company you want someone who is works hard to get the best solution for his/her client, listens and provides a good service. I stared dealing with Jonathan around 18 months ago for the initial sole purpose of a remortgage. As Jonathan was easy to talk to to , explained things well and had bags of credibility I have now put our life insurance and pensions through different companies upon the advice from Jonathan. I have also committed to a service agreement with Brighter and will consider them for other services in the future.
