Any issue I've had through shipping difficulties, change of address during a shipment & when the website updated; I've always gotten timely & helpful responses from the customer service team. Great wines, & their info cards for each bottle are so helpful to novices like myself. I love that I can share them with any guests I pour a glass for too.
I found a bottle of wine that had become spoiled. This happens, its not a big deal, but I reached out to let them know, not for a refund, but in case there was a larger issue with that vintage shipment. They very promptly responded, and assured me they were looking into the issue, and offered reward points to cover the cost of the bottle. I really appreciate the grwt service.
Enjoying my boxes so far. Nice to have wines selected for me that I wouldn't have chosen for myself.
My son got me 2 boxes for Christmas, he lives in California and I am in Maryland, he shares my love for wine, it's fun tasting ones you normally wouldn't buy, there weren't any I didn't like
My husband and I are on our second box and are loving it so far! We plan 4 meals a month to specially fit the wine pairing recommendations and make a true pairing experience out of it. We also love that the bottles aren’t something you can pick up in any old liquor store. Highly recommend!

I tried other wine subscriptions but the others don't really try to understand your palate like Bright Cellars. They call you and really try to understand every little thing you might like and not like to give you the best picks for you. I'm staying with Bright Cellars. I also love that I can post pone boxes easily in case I have too much wine still in my fridge.
Everything is great. The only thing I didn’t like was when my payment method didn’t work, I wasn’t notified. Other than that, I love this service.

The two options for delivery companies either meant they wouldn’t attempt a delivery and you’d need to pick it up After multiple “failed attempts” or no flexibility to change delivery times resulting in them returning to sender. If you email them about this the best they can give you is a partial refund minus the 25 dollar delivery fee. This company is full of vultures.
This is a great deal and when I ended up needing help with adding to an order, their customer service was stellar and they were able to help me quickly and efficiently.

The wine selections have been nice. I really enjoy having the pairing and notes cards that accompany them whether for me or as an upgrade to gifting just a bottle of wine. The customer service is stellar and that’s always the most important aspect for me.
We love Bright Cellars because there are always interesting new wines to try and if we (rarely) don't care for one, we rate it and are never sent that one again. Also, the customer service is great!
