A great sofa experience!
Delighted to have gone to the Enfield store to test a possible sofa purchase for a new design. Instead, We found an alternative in-store that was perfect. Somehow, they delivered the same afternoon! We then pick up a matching footstool two days letter which made a pefect partner. We do have Bridgman outdoor furniture as well as some dining chairs - really good quality products.

I recently made a trip to the Wilmslow branch for an appointment with Emma to view a set of garden furniture. Unfortunately the piece that I had gone to see turned out to be unsuitable however on showing Emma the proposed location of the furniture, Emma was extremely helpful in suggesting an alternative. The alternative piece happened to be reduced for the end of season a week later and Emma was immediately in contact to let me know. I am now the happy owner of a stunning Ascot set that fits in the location perfectly and at a bargain price. One happy customer. Thank you Emma.

Amazing Service and Product
I don't often write reviews, but on this occasion I must because we have had our sofa from Bridgman for nearly a year now, and it's easily one of my favourite purchases for our home. The quality, finish, and durability have definitely met our expectations, with the Aquaclean technology making a noticeable difference in everyday use.
I must mention how fantastic Elee was throughout the entire sales and post-sales process. No pushy sales tactics, but instead she supported us expertly during the purchase. I still remember when we re-visited the showroom to look at other items, and not only did she recognise us, but she even remembered my name! My mum has now also bought a Bridgman sofa, and she is equally delighted.
I would happily buy another product from Bridgman and Elee. Thank you!

Outdoor/Indoor
We called in to the Wilmslow store and were greeted by Emma, who was simply fabulous, friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and excellent at her job!
We were after outdoor furniture that was suitable for indoors and something that didnt look like we had simply taken the outdoor furniture in for Winter. Emma listened to our needs, made recommrndations, provided options and definitely went the extra mile to ensure we met those needs! Communications were excellent up to and beyond delivery.
Furniture is great as well 😀 looks good is good quality, is comfortable and just what we were after.

Harry the best salesman
We drove for 1 hour and 20 to visit this showroom to view the Kensington range of garden furniture, and it is by far the best we have seen and sat on.
But the high light of this visit was Harry, by far the best salesman we have met, no hard sell, but a great mix of information, knowledge and humour, what a credit to the Bridgman company.

Comfortable and Weather proof.
This Furniture is excellent, very well made comfortable and it is great to know that it is completely weather proof. Although I don't intend it getting wet, ( it is under a veranda) I know it will not spoil. Delivery was by 2 lovely gentlemen, and was quick after the order was placed. Well worth the price.

I absolute love our Hampstead Stone…
I absolute love our Hampstead Stone Rattan furniture. It looks stunning and the weatherproof seats are perfect. They quickly dry so are always ready to use.
I can’t recommend highly enough.
We bought a dining table and armchairs, coffee table after already owning a 3 seater sofa for a few years.

Emma was great
Emma was great. She enthusiastically helped us find a sofa and a couple chairs. She patiently went through her best deals and even arranged an impromptu video call to get the most up-to-date information for us. Delivery was very quick - just a couple of days. One missing foot wasn't enough to throw her off her game - even though sold as-is, she arranged for a replacement to be sent. Would absolutely recommend Bridgman in Wilmslow. Ask for Emma!

Mayfair Furniture Set
Ordered a Mayfair corner settee, with table and two stools a few years ago. Service was great and was especially happy as they delivered to the Isle of Wight.
Absolutely love my furniture: it's so comfortable and still in really good condition.
