If in doubt, just do it
I was a little dubious about ordering off the internet but it was so easy, I got confirmation straight away and had phone calls to arrange delivery. The delivery driver was brilliant and managed to get all sick pallets of bricks in to a tight space with no issues, he was very friendly. From ordering to delivery was brilliant, would definitely order from again or recommend to use this company.

Excellent customer service. Only needed under 90 bricks and this was not a problem at all, unlike a certain other builders merchant (Traversty Dorkins)
Said what they were going to do and did it (so many companies don't!) Friendly delivery driver let us know when he'd be delivering. Would definitely use again.

Delivery was useless.
Driver was absolutely rude and delivered the bricks on the road. Even he was denied to have any discussion. To move the bricks to proper place, I spent £150.00

During a conversation with our customer support representative, I understand that you had different expectations regarding the level of service, and I would like to provide further clarification on our delivery terms to address your concerns. Our Delivery Terms, which are clearly stated on our website, outline that we use a third-party haulage company for the delivery of goods. For orders consisting of 1-4 packs, a tail lift lorry with a manual pump truck is used to facilitate the kerbside delivery.
I would like to emphasise that all delivery information, including any specific terms and conditions, is prominently displayed on our website. Prior to placing an order, it is essential for customers to thoroughly review and agree to these terms and conditions, which provide comprehensive details about the delivery process.
In this particular case, it is clearly stated on our website and within the terms and conditions that deliveries are made to the kerb side or road. The delivery did adhere to these guidelines. While we understand that you may have had different expectations regarding the delivery location, it is crucial for customers to carefully review the information provided before placing an order. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as delivery to a specific area or offloading with a crane, these should be included in the delivery notes or inform our Sales or Support Team prior to delivery.
Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the driver's behaviour, and I assure you that we are taking appropriate measures to prevent any such incidents from occurring in the future.
