Amazing product
Amazing product. Well worth the money. I thought it cost a bit much in the beginning but the results speak for themselves. Would highly highly recommend. Ordering was simple and any queries about products was dealt with in a timely manner. Would definitely be ordering again and encourage anybody who is thinking about it to just do it

Superb alternative to full bricks
Easy to find the finish I desired. So much simpler to apply than a full brick. Used on my chimney breast to create the look of a fully bricked one, (the original brick wall was a disaster, replastered and then used these)
The look great, much better than I had hoped.
Prompt delivery to my door, delivery driver brought the pallet in as close to my shed as he could .

Great service all round-delivery is pricey as always when you live on the isle of wight-most companies think we are nearer to mainland Europe then 7 miles from Portsmouth. but stuck with that

I was impressed with the knowledge of…
I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff member who I spoke to initially prior to placing the order. The quality is good, and we had absolutely no breakages in the boxes (something we’re all too familiar with with tiles). The delivery driver was also very good.
The look of the brick slips on our wall is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Slips are great, postage of anything extra is absurd
The slips themselves are great and the mortar. The major negative I have is running out of mortar and ordering 1 bag was going to cost me £45 in delivery which is absolutely ridiculous and a bit of a con. I understand why the bricks cost that in delivery but I think charging that for a bag of mortar is outrageous. We ended up having to buy somewhere else which has unfortunately made our second wall not as great as I hoped.

We understand how this could be frustrating and appreciate your honesty, the mortar is 25kg a bag, nearly twice that of a box of brick slips, and most couriers won't allow powered products to be delivered in a van incase they split in transit, This means we have to use a pallet service for this reason unfortunately.

Ordered 180 slips ( as per the company…
Ordered 180 slips ( as per the company name ), courier arrived with 90 full size bricks. I was charged over £100 for the delivery charges, even though they didn't leave the van? The courier kindly advised a new company to use, who were much cheaper, quicker & better to deal with.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Bricks look exactly as per website. Excellent selection of the colours. Easy to put up onto wall (I opted to simply use Evo Stick Sticks like Sh*t for each slip and is solid. Didn’t want to mess around with tiling compound. Still yet to mortar the joints however looks fantastic.

First time using this company, product is very good, a few breakages but that is to be expected as the corners are very fragile. Pallet delivery is secure and good. Customer Service was amazing and I cannot thank the company enough for their time and effort helping me. Amazing company.

SLOW TO DELIVER, REFUSED TO REPLACE BREAKAGES
After placing my order, (and to be clear, they had both my email address and telephone numbers) I received NO notification a week on, as to when these would be delivered and had to chase this up by phone. By the time they were delivered, I had lost the slot for my tradesmen and had to wait another week for them to return. On return, many of the brick slip corners were damaged, at least 10% of the corners (which we photographed and sent in an email to Brick slips, asking for them to replace them) We received a very curt message saying as it was outside of the seven day period and less than 10% of the order, they would not be prepared to do anything about it. Obviously, the corner Brick slips make up only a small percentage of the order and are more vulnerable to breakage, especially as they were packed on the corner of the crate, and in this case there were more than 10% of the corner brick slips broken. Very petty and a poor policy

Regarding your concern about damaged items, our policy is to address any damage reported within seven days, as stated in our terms.

Brickslips fine, but...
The brickslips we ordered were fine and all arrived unbroken. Having never installed these before, we were on a learning curve, but the adhesive stayed pliable plenty long enough for us to get used to placing them. However, our entire experience was let down by the mortar gun which we also purchased with the slips. It was terrible...terrible. There was no scoop supplied with the gun, so we had to (very messily) try to load the tube with mortar. As we were working in full sun, we tried to make a slightly wetter mix, but this was a disaster. The mortar oozed out of the ratchet end. We tried making a stiffer mix (despite the sunshine) but it still did the same (despite tightening the nut). It made the job twice as long, and was infuriating. The ratchet also started to slide, but WD40 cured it. We ended up doing the last of it with a pointing trowel! The tube of the gun needs to be a screw-on type so that the mortar cannot escape. We also couldn't use the fine point tip for filling in as the gun wouldn't push the mortar through the tip - again without oozing backwards. This experience soured the product for us completely, and we threw the gun away.
The mortar supplied with the slips dried a perfect time to allow us to finish pointing and brush off excess.
