Ryan and Jon have been my collocation partners for almost a year, and have been amazing to work with. Their support is unlike any other providers I have been with, and have made my first time collocating an amazing experience. These guys are super flexible are willing to work with you, and genuinely care about their clients. I has the Pleasure to Interact with Ryan the Breeze host Support Professional. Throughout my interactions Ryan was instrumental in analyzing the Tickets and come with an expedited resolution - The Most recent being the Load of Ubuntu onto a Non Traditional hardware - I applaud his resolve to get the tickets resolved and have the customers expectation met beyond and above
Wouldn't issue a refund for service never used.
I cancelled my account the moment I got it, as it turns out I didn't need it. However they refused to refund the money because of some policy. I've never in my 20+ years of using web hosts have a heard of a company not issuing refunds for something never used. Unreal.

I first started with BreezeHost at the end of October, with one of their RTO dedicated servers, and I have to say, absolutely amazing service, and their support is top notch! I've already got a second server, with two more awaiting deployment this December. Will remain a customer for years to come.

Jon recently gave me some clarity on buying a Dedicated server. They have a crazy Black Friday deal going on so I had to grab it. I enjoyed the quick clarification and support. Their products also reflect the same best experience as it does their support.
Services have really improved and this now can be standing as one of the Best Hosting Companies!

As per to past, Snowside Hosting and BreezeHost, used to have some of the Worst DDoS Protection on the market, it would be constantly going down. Well I'm damned to say they really have improved with them bringing CosmicGuard into there network with over 4Tbps+ of capcity. It puts Path to shame to with the Ping and Uptime. I couldn't think Ryan and Jon enough for letting me come back and trying out there services, with there improvement and what they provide now! It's safe to say as long as they keep CosmicGuard on there network, they will be just fine and one more thing there's barely any downtime anymore. Praise God! 🙌 Cheers to these guys, realizing what's wrong and fixing issues that way there clients can enjoy there services more.

Fast support but can encounter issues.
Initially, Breezehost impressed me with their quick responses and colocation prices. But i faced ongoing issues where my IPs were flooded with inbound data from their routers without explanation. Despite waiting for two weeks they couldn't resolve the problem. As a result I moved hosting provider due to the experience of both data issues and occasional network outages.

Excellent company but even better people!
Ive been working with Ryan now for over a week managing a transfer from another host with 3 Dedicated servers and over 50 IP's. Ryan has went above and beyond with helping us with this process. I have been stressed through this process, had money issues at a point and Ryan still held up to his part of the deal and actually offered us better then what we had for a great price! He has kept me updated the whole time and has even offered us another option that would greatly help us in the process of transferring everything over. This is a wonderful company but even more excellent well mannered people who understand the day to day life. Feels more like a family operated company then a typical hosting company! 11/10! Thank you guys again for this!
