I’ve been with Breeze Host for about 2 years, and they have never disappointed. Recently, I completely messed up something on my dedicated server, submitted a ticket, and within 24 hours, Ryan was on-site to fix the issue. Now everything is working as good as new! I got a personal email from Jon about 30 minutes after I ordered -- on a Sunday, no less! -- apologizing because he didn't have the dedicated server I ordered ready to go in the location I picked. He gave me two options: get it tomorrow in my preferred location, or get it immediately in a different location. I didn't get to pick a location when I bought my offer — but the other location he offered was hundreds of miles closer to my house. Big win.
