Fantastic customer service
Having been let down by another store I contacted Breeze on the 21st December in the forlorn hope that they me have been able to deliver a piece of expensive wall art before Christmas. To my delight a lady called Mags pulled out all the stops and arranged delivery for me with the goods being delivered on 23rd. Such a pleasure to write this review. Thank you so much breeze, in particular Mags.

Exceptional service and delivery, product [Live Edge Collection Large Pyman Chopping Board] exactly as described. Delivery within 24 hours of ordering. Would definitely use this company again.
Poor quality
The finish is not great.I brought two mirror pictures in oval frames. The look from a distance is ok but up close the frames are poorly put together and not finished off very well. Very disappointed.
Avoid - this retailer is a disgrace!
I ordered an expensive ceiling light online from Breeze and got an auto response confirmation. As I live outside of the UK mainland, I fully expected to hear from Breeze within a few days to say that either the order was being fulfilled OR there would be an additional delivery charge. However, I didn’t hear anything at all. After nearly 2 weeks I tried to call them but after over 500 redial attempts (over a few days) to a constantly engaged number I just gave up. I emailed them and got an auto reply saying they were operating on skeleton staff due to family circumstances; As they were still posting on Instagram I sent a DM and got no reply; their Facebook page (to which they were also still posting) doesn’t allow you DMs; I then sent them a registered letter (which I have proof they received) but which they simply ignored; and then finally, I even resorted to ringing the hairdressers next door to ask if they were still in business!! As I urgently needed the light, my only option was to open a case with PayPal who have now thankfully refunded my money. There is absolutely no excuse for a retailer to be uncontactable for such a long period of time. I understand that their “family circumstances” may have caused considerable disruption to their business, however, if that’s the case then temporarily close your online ordering, have a recorded message on your phone line, etc etc. It’s just not acceptable to take people’s money and make it their problem to get it back. I’ve now purchased my light from another retailer who were exceptional in their attitude to customer service. Take my advice and order your items from somewhere else.

My beautiful furniture arrived today as promised, thanks again to breeze furnishings for another great service.
Order never arrived!
Order and paid for garden table in May this year this year (2022). Was given a delivery date at time of ordering of between 3rd and 5th July. Table never arrived and was advised there was a delay in getting stock (on website at time of ordering it said item was in stock, which was obviously not true). Expected delivery in August, then September and then in October now been told will not arrive before end of the year! Every time I emailed to say I would wait, I received an email response within hours. Finally ran out of patience this month (October) and said I wanted to cancel the order and get full refund which breeze furnishings had offered. Emails have been ignored since I asked for a refund. Have opened a claim with PayPal who have contacted breeze on my behalf. Still no response and still no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK ON SITE BUT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH THEM, THEY ORDER IT FROM CHINA AND RELY ON SHIPS BRINGING STOCK INTO THE UK. Prepared to go to court if necessary as I feel breeze have failed to honour the sales contract and is in breach of Consumer Rights Act as they have failed to fulfill the order within a reasonable time.
Dishonest advertising
Dishonest advertising, bought a £2k item over 7 months ago, at the time it said Available delivery in 5-6 weeks, every 5-6 weeks after that, when chasing delivery they said 5-6 weeks delivery, the item is still listed on their site as available, delivery 5-6 weeks. When questioned they say it is expected in 5-6 weeks, even though we have been told that for over 7 months.
This is dishonest, they should list it as delivery expected in 5-6 weeks, but currently buyers of this item have been waiting over half a year. But of course they won’t otherwise they wouldn’t have £1000’s of pounds of sales sitting in their bank for months on end.
They also constantly try to explain away the delay by blaming their supplier, and saying that is what they are being told, I didn’t buy the item from their supplier, I bought it from them, and they have zero control over when delivery will be, so shouldn’t be selling the item’s as Available when clearly they have no idea if it is.
That’s said the communication there was, was good, and when we eventually cancelled the order got our money back quickly.
Trading standards should make it illegal for companies to hold your money without being able to guarantee a delivery date, or they should take a deposit and balance day before delivery.
