Second Review
This is my second review in a month. First review I gave was very poor as there was little or no communication with the company over my lamp purchase and I was chasing information all the time. Finally I got hold of a lady called Mags who was extremely apologetic and took on board all my concerns. From this point on I was kept fully informed about dates, delivery etc. and also had information backed up on email. I received my beautiful lamp today and got a follow up call from Mags to ensure everything was sorted. So today I am very pleased and can report that despite initial difficulties the company and particularly Mags have proved they are genuine and do care about their customers and a good service.

Swift ordering process from a vast range of beautiful, amazing quality furniture, communication was perfect updating me on my order and when delivery would be. Delivery was nothing short of perfect. Cannot express enough my disgust at the way this business treats you. I placed an in stock order, they took my money. I had no email confirmation of order number. They responded once to an email to give me this but have since ignored all other emails. Try phoning and the phone rings out and cuts off. My husband managed to speak to a person once who was going to call back same day... Yes you guessed it, no call. I have no response,no tracking number or courier details and no goods. They have my
money so I have now placed in the credit cards hands to get my money back. I will not be buying from them again. Wish I had read on here first as sadly it seems I am not the only one.
In response to Team Breezes reply. I have already emailed them all of the details several times if they read their emails and some of the information they want I have not been given. Order 322516
I am not putting personal information on here due to data protection.
The email address sent to is not allowed to be put on here however I can say it was to sales at your company .com and you have my email address as the first email was replied to giving the order number 322516.
My husband also managed to get through by phone to a lady on Tuesday 4th August giving her again our name, postal address and postcode, order number and date of order 21st July along with our home phone number.
You have had all the information several times and only chosen to respond when I placed my review.
I am now on holiday and not prepared to spend it going backwards and forwards messaging when you have had 8 opportunities to resolve this prior to my review. As stated it is with my credit card company and I would like the money I paid in good faith to you for goods you have not provided returned to my account. Can I suggest you search your deleted emails folder. Thank you.

No refund for out of stock item
Ordered a lamp for my parents. Ended up that they’d never had it in stock so I had to chase up after the delivery window passed to be told this. It’s not been 5 weeks and still not had any update on a promised refund … avoid!

Shop with confidence you are dealing with a great company with 5 star customer service.
I cannot recommend the customer service at this company high enough. Over the past year I have been trying to complete my set of 6 dining chairs as I could not afford to buy them at once. On going to get the last one from a well known local furniture store in South Wales I was told they were discontinued and the manufacturer no longer trading. With little hope of success I scoured the intranet to find one that looked similar being sold by Breeze Furnishers based in Sunderland. Long story short after placing my order I was contacted by Mags who with great knowledge reassured me the chair I wanted was the same as my remaining 5, she explained who manufactured them and where they were based, which turned out to be just 20 miles from where I live. Mags knew I wanted to go and get the chair myself and although the manufacturer did not deal with the public she went out of her way to arrange for me to pick the chair up from them the next day. All went brilliantly and the chair is exactly as Mags described and is exactly like my others which ironically I found to have also been manufactured by the same company which is definitely trading and still supplying the lo+al furniture shop ( so what does this say about their knowledge and customer service! ) Thank you Mags and Breeze, you were great to deal with, knowledgable, friendly and very very helpful, so much so I would fully recommend anyone to buy from you, a five star experience from start to finish and your pricing is very good too. The chair, although identical to my other 5 was cheaper, so one very happy customer. Thank you.

Overpriced and not the best quality
Honestly, for the price, I expected way better.
This wall-mounted surfboard rack is basically a DIY flat-pack job made from plywood, and not even finished well.
You can buy a whole sheet of marine-grade hardwood ply (same size and thickness) for <$50, yet this thing is over $170?
No insulation or padding between the racks either, so don’t expect your boards to be protected.
Mine arrived damaged, and to top it off, the laser cutting looked like someone gave up halfway through.
Nice concept, but it feels like a cash grab with zero attention to quality.
