Apalling Customer Service

Arranged an appointment with a guy called Paul for 12. By 1, he'd not turned up. I rang his mobile 3 times, with no reply. Eventually, after an hour and a half, I managed to contact him on the landline. He said he'd had an emergency callout, but couldn't explain why he didn't phone or text us to say he was going to be late or reschedule, instead leaving us hanging for over an hour and a half. He offered to come round the next day, but I said that if he couldn't even keep an appointment (or at least text/phone us to reschedule) then he obviously can't be trusted to do the work. I stand by that. Appalling customer service.

Great job

Paul and the team were great. Really friendly, nice guys. Our bathroom looks great and is just what we wanted. Communication was good throughout and any additional bits and adjustments we wanted during the work were done without any fuss. Would recommend!

Highly Recommended

Paul & the team listened to my requirements and produced a good looking, professional job with minimal mess & disruption. They overcame several unforeseen problems during the work without making a fuss. Highly recommended.
