I understand that it might be difficult to distinguish between companies with similar names, but I want to kindly clarify that my business is not the one you may be referring to in your recent review. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and I was quite disappointed not to have the chance to explain this to you. Ending the call abruptly felt somewhat unfair, as I believe this issue could be resolved with a brief conversation.
That said, I completely respect your time and opinions, and I hope the matter you’ve experienced is resolved quickly.
I’d like to sincerely explain how important it is for me and my business not to be affected by a review that doesn’t reflect our actual work. It appears the review may have been intended for another company with a similar or identical name. We are not the company you had dealings with.
If you could kindly revisit your feedback and consider removing or amending it, I’d be truly grateful. It would also help if you could double-check whether another company might have been the intended recipient of your comments.
