Combination ladder hire
Although the equipment wasn’t at the branch at the time of order, it arrived exactly when predicted to be available when needed, and staff were very helpful in loading and unloading upon return, making the whole process very easy and saving time.

Cancelled day before hire
I spent 3 days talking to their customer services arranging all my hire details. The day before delivery they called to say they didn't have the item I was hiring and had been unable to get one sent over from another branch and didn't do cross hire. Left me in the lurch, won't go back to them anymore.

Excellent, genuine service
Very helpfull,the moment of walking through the door.
The branch manager was exceptional in finding the right product for the job. All paperwork was carried out efficently,and the tool was explained as to how it worked. All this with genuine politeness throughout.
The tool functioned correctly, and was even given a discount for the early return of the equipment.
