Credit cards and other forms of borrowing helped us keep the ship afloat until we ran into trouble. Unfortunately, it had caught up with us and we required assistance. Brandon Ellis Law Firm was there to show us the way and came up with a solution that would also help us to escape bankruptcy. OMG, this company is a fraud.
After deceiving me that, they will ONLY take $99, as Admin fees. I paid $776.38 for 4months and stopped paying my creditors based on their direction. This resulted in delinquency and over 150points loss on my credit.

When it was time for settlement, they requested 200% of what I was paying the creditor. This alerted me to cancel this engagement.

Refund: out of over $3000 paid, these tricksters refunded only $201.
When I asked they said it went towards retainer, servicing fees etc..

Simply put, they took $750 out of the $776 paid monthly as Fees for themselves.

I swear to God, this firm and its employees and anyone affiliated to them will suffer the pain I am going through a million time to their next 10 generations

This firm has been honest and transparent from the start. They have answered every question and addressed every concern i have had thus far, and always respond quickly. They have reminded me all along that this is a process and patience and consistence is critical for success. It has only been 6 months, and I'm already starting to settle accounts.
