why are these people allowed to steal peoples money time and time again

I purchased three T-shirts and two short-sleeve shirts, all advertised as Ralph Lauren. I expected some minor defects (hence the reduced price), but when I opened the package, nothing matched the advert. The items weren’t even cotton, and the logo was missing altogether.

I immediately emailed to request a refund, and they gave me a return address in Brazil. A few days ago, the parcel was returned to me. When I tried to contact them again at the same email address, I received a “failure notice,” and now the website is no longer available.

I’ve lost £90.

I ordered premium Ralph Lauren T-shirts and Hugo Boss cotton shorts. I received nylon t-shirts and polyester shorts. All of poor quality.
What an utter numpty I have been to fall for this scam.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Note to self.

If I could give these guys lower than one I would I ordered Boss underwear and shorts. The delivery was late neither of the products that arrived was Boss. They were dreadful awful horrendous polyester sub value goods
never ever ever buy from this shop.

So finally I have been scammed after years of doing pretty well. The only people losing here will be Instagram and authentic sellers because I WILL NEVER ORDER from instagram ever again. Same as everyone else, I ordered two shirts that were meant to be linen but are actually some cheap ass shiny fabric with a PRINTED Ralph Lauren logo. I mean I got scammed pretty well cause its actual shit and they just pocketed my money. Their website says "THE DOMAIN HAS EXPIRED" serious LOLZ on these Mfkrs. I will be fighting this via my bank though. At least SHEIN allow you to send items back and you get your money back. Its incredible how scammers like this exist. They go through the trouble of actually making shitty ass products and dont even try to hide it.

They have never replied DO NOT USE THEM and do point out the scam when they pop up on instagram or any social media.

100% Scam company. Don't waste your money and time. Fake brands and quality is a joke. Customer service will waste your time and money.

Scam alert. Purchased what were advertised and confirmed by email as Ralph Lauren linen shirts for approx £90. Should have known better - if it sounds too good …. Unfortunately I can’t recall where I saw their advert online. Feckers!

Order 2 so called designer shirts what i got something really cheap and nasty nothing like the pictures on-line now to try and get my money back

I will just echo what everybody else has said regards these items of clothing..now i do understand "too good to be true"..should not be believed & as usual it is right..yet again false advertising..offering top brands at discounted prices..what a load of shite..ordered a " Lacoste " polo & received a piece of material without the fake logo & a size L that would not fit a 10 yr old..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..now comes the fight of getting my money back..

I would rate my experience as less than 1 star, but I can't. What a set of robbing, scamming BASTARDS!!!.

Reading the other comments, I wish I had of looked here to check out this company. Ordered a navy Ralph Lauren shirt, and received what can only be described as a worn pillow case with arms. Ordered medium adult size and got 6 year old size shirt. Emailed them and they told me to return for a refund. Here is the biggest catch. They are in Brazil and for a tiny shirt recorded delivery is £17. So, over £50 I'm chasing after them for. In short, do yourself a favour and avoid.

Absolutely useless. Would give no starts if I could. Avoid this company. Worst customer service ever too.

This is a scam , eventually arrived ,poor quality. The polo shirt didn’t even have a fake logo . Stay away from this company

Disgusting like everybody else is saying this is a scam luckily my husband paid by credit card item are very much sub standard!! So not touch their website has now disappeared 😡😡😡😡

They are con artists. They buy/ produce items that are more than likely made in China, of very poor quality and are incorrect sizes for the countries they are selling to. Do not believe them about returns either, they will ask you to return the shoddy goods to Brazil. Trading standards and the police have been alerted.

Same experience as everyone else . Absolute crap!!😡 ordered a linen Ralph Lauren shirt, turned up eventually after 3 weeks and was cheap polyester. Perfect thing for a hot summers day. Medium fit would have fitted a 10year old!
20 emails to the company and not one reply . Giving up the ghost now but won’t order anything through Instagram again . Don’t know how they let these scammers advertise without doing their due diligence.
