I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and left extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. Something about the interaction did not sit right with me, so I pulled over shortly after leaving. I discovered a bolt that was nearly falling off — an issue that simply required tightening.
Despite this, I was quoted approximately $700 for upper control arm bushing replacement, which appeared to be completely unnecessary based on what I found. That experience seriously raised concerns about the accuracy of their inspection process and the recommendations being made.
Bradley and the individual managing the service desk did not inspire confidence, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the diagnosis and suggested repairs were not trustworthy. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving expensive repair work here.
