Neil Bradley has recently represented my family through a re-mortgaging process, Neil was professional, informative, polite and very efficient throughout the whole of the process.

Bradley Morrell solicitors in Clay Cross, was a recommendation by our chosen estate agent when selling our late parents property. From the very start, I was impressed, firstly by the price which was extremely competitive and secondly by the prompt service and professionalism shown throughout what turned out to be quite a lengthy transaction. Problems further back on the chain meant that not everything moved as quickly as we would have liked, but any queries / questions I had were dealt with promptly by Heather and I was kept fully informed at all times. Going off some of the conversations with our Estate Agent, home owners down the chain had employed solicitors who were nowhere near as efficient as ours, they regularly used the stamp duty holiday as a reason they didn’t have time to handle or even respond to queries or phone calls, let alone complaints and they were not interested in keeping the chain informed of ongoing issues. Based on my own experience, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bradley Morrell for all your conveyancing requirements.

I would highly recommend Bradleymorrell Solicitors, I have previously always gone with well known large firms but after being told by one of them not to expect my conveyancing to be completed with 6 weeks even though I was a cash buyer and there was no chain I was recommended Neil Bradley.
