Not very helpful. Wouldn't cut wood for me but said they could sell me a saw.

On line order the previous evening. Went down following morning. Happy helpful staff. Showed the order reference got my order paperwork for the yard staff. Straight round loaded, job done, easy! Now have an account too.

Purchase wasn’t acknowledged following payment made and 2 emails asking for a delivery date were ignored. When the matter was finally addressed, one bag of stone clippings was missing from the delivery. Both the delivery driver and a member of staff at the depot assured me the ‘5th’ bag would be delivered very soon after, but this hasn’t arrived as yet. Disappointing.

Product I required was available here although nowhere else in Weston super Mare. Ordered and paid on net and pick up smooth and quick. Well done.

Poor stock control . Paid company took money.

Despite having to wait due to high demand we were kept in the picture by the local office, the topsoil when it arrived was the highest quality. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Bradfords for their service and quality even down to the driver Richard who was helpful and courteous.

Ordered online with delivery option selected. Delivery was indicated as 2-3 days. I received a confirmation email confirming delivery but no day. After 3 days I called to ask when it was likely to be delivered. I was told that the order was on the system as a collection. I corrected this and was told that it would be delivered a couple of days later. The next day, I received a phone call to say that there were none in stock and that there was a national shortage so I wouldn't get the delivery for at least a couple of weeks. I complained about this as I already had a contractor booked to install the sleepers. I rang around and found plenty in stock at other outlets in town. called Bradford's again to cancel the order and was told that they had found some and that they would be delivered on the original promised deliver day. All came good in the end but only after a lot of unnecessary hassle. The delivery driver was friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely excellent service from both the person on the phone too the delivery driver, who was very friendly and helpful too. A well-recommended company all round.

Ordered a bulk bag of MOT and 10 railway sleepers, should have come on the same order. Was not told until the driver turned up with the bulk bag that the sleepers would be delivered some other time. The driver with the bulk bag was very good, put it where I asked and polite. The sleepers turned up later that day ( after I had gone to work) in a van and two men. I was told they were very polite again and put the sleepers neat and tidy. Would of had 5 stars if I had a phone call to say part of order was late.

Chose home delivery. Items delivered ahead of advertised schedule. All delivered in great condition
