Bradfords - Ilminster BBS Recensioni

Excellent correspondence on when I should expect delivery. Delivery was on schedule and driver was very friendly and helpful.

Very easy to order and quick delivery.

great customer service, it was much appreciated

yet again cant fault the company or there work staff polite on telephone and the driver yet again went the extra mile to deliver the items for ease of use as a disabled person that means a lot

The website was easy & the driver was polite & helpful. Materials was all good, will definitely deal with them again

easy online booking and fast service at the yard.

Just a good service.

Easy to order. Arrived on time. Delivery guy was excellent and helpful.

The company have been great. They have helped all the way including adding to my order. The delivery driver was very helpful with my goods locating them as requested.
Great service and charming people.
Thank you

For myself as a DIY individual the people there are very helpful. Plus, they are very local to me and stock a very wide product range, suitable for those like me and the professional alike. Given the locality the prices are attractive and competitive with other such outlets.

Firstly, I ordered an amount of fencing materials online. The posts, capping rails, post tops, feather boards etc, a separate fence panel and 4 bags of postcrete were all ordered and set for delivery. However, the website stated that the arris rails were 'not available for delivery' and only by 'click and collect'.
Having no other option, I had to order them (in the same cart ) via the C&C method.
When the rest of the materials were delivered, a couple of days later, I asked the driver why the arris rails were only available on click and collect? He said "there's no reason why they should be, as we have got loads of them in stock ".
When I went to collect the arris rails, I once again asked the teenage cashier, why this was the case? She shrugged her shoulders and simply said "Dunno!". That was all the answer I got. Not even an apology!

Secondly, one of the bags of postcrete, that had been delivered, had partly gone off in the bag. So I took the bag back, at the same time that I went to collect the arris rails back, to exchange it. I was told, 'we haven't got any in stock'.

Finally, I asked if they had any arris rail brackets, as I'd forgotten to order them.
She said 'I've got three'. I needed 8
So overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great choice, good prices, nice people.

Service is great and the staff are always willing to help and recommend the right product for the job. Would be 5 stars except for the annoying website redirect bug that keeps on creating a "Too many redirects" error when searching for products.

I didn't have an online account and this may have been why I didn't get a text to say my Click and Collect was ready. The Bradfords' people were great at following up on this, as were the people in the yard.

Prompt delivery, good service, corrected shortage next day.

Always someone at the end of the phone to get advice from. Web ordering easy and delivery generally within a couple of days.

Good quality loam with few stones. The delivery driver was superb, dropping the bags exactly where required, with no disruption to traffic, in a difficult location.

Always excellent quality service from my local Bradford's, often with very helpful advice, given on this last purchase by Neil. Have been using them for 20 years for small and very large purchases and will continue to do so.

Fantastic quality Materials, very helpful staff, very easy to click and collect for the busy trader.
Overall great service !
