Seems a bit silly to not have a…
Seems a bit silly to not have a catalogue. I went in and needed to look in a book for items I needed. Was then told no have a look online.. seems a bit odd. Why would I come into a store to look online. I can make an order online so was just a waste of time coming in. Put me off.

The delivery driver was spot on! A real gentleman 👏
The delivery driver was spot on! Nice and polite very friendly, you should give him a pay rise 😉
Paid for on the Friday and delivered the following Tuesday 🙌 and was expected to be delivered the Wednesday!

Received two plywood sheets
Received two plywood sheets. Good quality and good price. Delivered quickly with no problems. Bradfords web site enables products to be found and ordered easily. Five star service.

Ordering on line was easy and…
Ordering on line was easy and straightforward. Made an enquiry if delivery could be a day earlier and the Gentleman was really helpful and polite. Had emails and txt informing me of confirmation of delivery and of the time and driver. All toll a good experience with Bradfords.

I asked for my product to be collected…
I asked for my product to be collected from your exmouth branch, and then received a voice mail stating that they didn't have enough stock in exmouth so THEY had arranged for me to go to sidmouth to collect it. If I wanted it from sidmouth I would have ordered it from Sidmouth and I'm still waiting for a refund

Easy to order
Easy to order what I needed and a really good delivery time. The delivery driver was on time and very friendly. Definitely will use Bradford’s again.

Check delivery date before paying
On the day of delivery both the chap in the branch (I had to call as was given no indication of delivery time) and delivery driver were brilliant. Helpful, polite, friendly. The 3 stars however was experience on order. Booked and paid online for a 1-3 working day delivery. Was called to ask what day was most convenient to deliver, I gave a day in that 3 day delivery window (day 3) and was told it wasn’t possible - chap on phone was abrupt and less than customer focussed - was basically told tough - delivery day 4. I would have gone elsewhere had I known they couldn’t deliver as advertised. Wasn’t given a delivery time either and had to chase that on the day.

Terrible Click & Collect
I paid and ordered click and collect had order confirmation, never had any pick up confirmation and could not get through by phone as much ad I tried so went to the Exmouth branch who found my order after a long time and it had not been picked for collection, this is not good enough as it was only 3 pieces of wood !
I had to visit the yard and find a staff member who picked my order the whole experience of click and collect took 45mins what a shamble's I think someone should explain what click and collect is !
Won’t use you again .
After a personal email from the branch manager who explained to me the issues that went wrong I am now happy and fully understand the situation and will be using you again , many thanks for getting in touch and rectifying the situation, this is excellent customer service .
I have now changed my rating based on this .

Great Service
We needed 3 dumpy bags of stone for our garden project, ordering was quick and efficient, then we also needed to add to our delivery with some fencing on a later date, all the staff at the Exmouth branch were friendly and helpful, even going back to add to our order it was done without a problem, their efficiency made it an easy pleasant experience.

I've had mixed experiences with…
I've had mixed experiences with Bradfords. Ordering online is straightforward and the delivery team usually communicates well to schedule a convenient time. While drivers like Darren have been professional and helpful, there have been small hiccups with deliveries, such as improperly packaged items leading to extra work. Overall, their service is decent, but there’s room for improvement in handling orders more carefully.

Always a great service. I've ordered online several times over the past 6 months for Project Patio.
