Got a text on the day of delivery.
Arrived within the time slot.
Driver was great. Off loaded my items. Fantastic service.

Purchased cavity insulation. Not a standard product but Bradfords hold stock. Recieved a call to let me know time and date of delivery. Product delivered by freindly and helpful driver. Will definitely use again.

From start to finish brilliant service
From start to finish, the service was absolutely brilliant. I received very prompt response to my online enquiry, was informed by phone from my local branch (Cinderford) that my order was ready, and received very friendly and helpful care when I went to collect my items. Such great customer service is a rarity these days
