Unprofessional service
Ordered online with collection in branch. No message or phone call for 24 hours. When gone to the shop it turned out there are none in stock (online showed there are). Requested refund but the shop assistant was confused how to do it as I paid by paypal. I called next day to hear that there was no refund issued so I asked to change the branch for the collection. The guy over the phone agreed and he said I'll get an email. No email again and 2 days later I've received a refund!?? All in all very unprofesional and I wouldn't recommend.

Delivery guys
Unfortunately for the Delivery guys the lorry wouldn’t fit in our entrance . Without Hesitation the driver said no problem we will just handball it all off ( there was a lot to carry & it was pouring with rain ) they stacked everything tidy and we’re both polite and courteous . They are a credit to the Company , only caught one of their names Darren & the driver , thanks guys 😊

Just what was needed
It was a pity my local Taunton branch didn't have this in stock, but the drive to Bridgwater was a very rare 'outing' for us. It took a while for the cashier to find the order, but it was then dealt with well by the operator in the yard who was very helpful.
