I felt that I was in the way!
I was phoned to tell me my online order was ready to collect.
This was correct..... However all that was ready when i went to collect it was the printed order sheet!
One of the staff serving was more interested in talking to the previous customer who he had finished serving and could clearly see i was waiting. The staff member who eventually served me, sent me on a wild goose chase to pick up some quadrant from another member of staff 'out the back', but when i got there the area was void of staff. I had to return to the counter to get him to go with me to get the quadrant. I also ordered a Water Butt which i also had to retrieve myself. Unfortunately not a good shopping experience.... A pick up which i woulld have expected to last no more than 5 minutes took nearer 30.

Ordered 2 tonne of bagged aggregate on line. Got phone call and stone arrived next day. Driver really helpful and placed bags just where I wanted them. Brilliant.

Super service
I have never dealt with your company before so did not know what to expect, having moved from another part of the country and not heard of you before.
I placed an order online via an easy to use system, I received a telephone call afterwards to tell me the order was ready for collection.
I arrived at the site with a trailer and the Yardman/Fork Truck driver sorted out a place where I would be out of the way, he then went on to explain the procedure for pre paid goods/collection.
We went into the store and the staff were super helpful.
Went back outside and the yardman helped us with the items we had purchased.
As domestic customers we will come to your company first for any future purchases, just so impressed with the level of service.
