I had good experiences before but this birthday gift has not arrived despite having ordered it last week for delivery today. Tracking service simply says I’ll be notified when it arrives! It hasn’t though and my friend is without a gift from me on her birthday. Will not use this service for important occasions in future. Perhaps they have become too successful at the expense of reliability.

I can see from your order that you selected the 13th as the delivery date. I can confirm that we posted this out to the recipients address on Monday the 12th and as we use Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service for all of our parcels, unless requested otherwise, this should have got to its destination by now, and still might come today. This is unacceptable that the gift box has not reached your friend yet and we will definitely investigate this further as to why it didn't arrive when requested.

Lovely gifts. Great service
Off to a bit of a rocky start, where none of the items in the gift boxes I’d ordered had been recorded on the online order and I had a bit of trouble trying to remember everything I’d put into each of the 3 boxes. However, Chloe who dealt with it all directly, over the phone, was very helpful and sorted it all quickly. I’m very pleased with the gifts, also great to find ethical gifts that are lovely and affordable.
