As we were not made aware of the delayed delivery we have been unable to rectify the issue, we do rely to a certain degree on the service provided by our courier which on occasion lets us down once we know of any problem we always endeavour to rectify as quickly as we are able. On checking on the tracking details for this order it is out for delivery today. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this.

Good boxes and we have bought since first setting up our business a few years ago, but this year delivery has gone massively downhill. We wait around a week for next day delivery on boxes which has impacted our work at points. Unfortunately we have had to find a different box company who will deliver faster. It’s a shame as we like their boxes but delivery is never next day as advertised or even the day after.

This feedback as now been passed on to our account handler and we are hoping to have an improved service from them going forward. If their service noticeably improves we will keep you updated and hopefully we can continue to provide you with our boxes.

I made a mistake with my order and used your contact form immediately after I sent the order - there is no other way to contact you on your website. I never had any response. So I received an incorrect order. This was my mistake, but why is there no way to contact you to rectify it?

Apologies for missing your message sent through our contact form on the new website, we are sorry to learn of the issues you have had with your order error and the difficulty in contacting us, however we feel that we must disagree with your comment that there is no other way to contact us as our postal address, telephone number and email address are clearly showing once you have clicked on our "CONTACT US" page which is highlighted in vivid pink in the middle right side of our home page.
Great quality!
These boxes are just the size I was looking for however they are a completely different quality to the ones I have previously purchased. They are sturdy, are easily put together and made from quality cardboard. An extra bonus, is that I was able to collect from the warehouse.
I will definitely be using this company for further purchases.

Brilliant team of removal men.
The team from boxed up were so polite, friendly and very hard working. What could have been a stressful day was made very easy by the whole team.
We were recommended to this company and would not hesitate to pass on our recommendation .
