I was poking around online for clothing storage solutions, but I don't really have enough to rent an entire storage room, luckily I found the Boxbee service! I signed up immediately, as it perfectly addresses my needs. I am impressed by many aspects of Boxbee, not the least being they came within a 2 hour window of a time I chose. Holy cow. In New York this kind of quick service is almost unheard of. They delivered dedicated, sturdy plastic storage boxes for free, (to my door!) that were larger than I anticipated, and I could close them with my own padlock. The fact that the boxes are re-usable plastic in important to me. I despise cardboard, it's not water resistant, wastes trees and stinks. I chatted with Customer Service about the unique Sharing option, as frequently my sister borrows clothes and things. This way she can schedule a delivery of my boxes and borrow anything in there on her own without me having to be home. I love Boxbee! It costs much less than a dedicated storage room, and I just open my door and give the filled boxes to the delivery guy. My closet is now organized and just about clutter free. My sister is joyfully wearing my extra sweaters, and we are happy, happy campers :)

Staff took the time and effort to fully explain Boxbee concept and service, answering all questions. Very courteous in all dealings and punctual in appointments to deliver and pick up boxes.

Boxbee is awesome for sorting and prioritizing my knitting and crochet projects. In the knitting world there are tons of jokes about where to hide your out of control stash~Boxbee to the rescue! Plus more room in the house for my current projects and I love knowing my supplies are organized and ready to come back whenever I need them.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I love the concept and would love to use your service. Unfortunately, the items we need to store wouldn't fit into the boxes. Our items aren't particularly heavy, just larger. Things like a hiking backpack, spare baby toys. If you ever get larger boxes, we would love to give you another try!

The real clincher is when I had a family emergency and they not only accommodated my extenuating circumstances but inquired about my family member's well-being. That's not just service, that's genuine compassion - something you rarely see in business these days.

Boxbee has been amazing! They always answer their phones promptly. Extremely affordable and efficient. And they went above and beyond to help my moving process. Even though I was out of their normal delivery area, they came out to the east bay to drop off and pick up boxes with only the extra charge of the bridge toll. And they gave me a very descript and affordable quote for shipping my boxes.
I've dealt with other storage companies over the years and Boxbed has been the BEST, without a doubt. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to store miscallenous stuff.

Ridiculously convenient. They deliver the bins to you and pick them up and store them for under $10 a bin! It's very convenient especially for moving. Perfect for the city. Plus, the customer service is really top notch. I would highly recommend.
