This company is absolutely horrible. They claim to be a Christian based company, yet let my husband go for literally no reason at all. They stated that the company has gone in a different direction and no longer needed his services. The problem lies with leadership because they cannot get their software figured out and is causing a lot of issues with dealers not being able to make sales. Also, the team in the Grandview office from what I understand, have huge egos yet nothing to show for it. Steer clear of this company! They are not who they claim to be whatsoever. Leland and Marcus Ulrich are absolutely a disgrace and hypocrites.

Bought our first building from Ulrich, Lealand is owned by the brother. Thought quality and customer service maters....NOPE their issues are yours. Sloppy paint, staples and nails on exterior, took time to get them here to remediate and they repaired that issue, however the building was not level, we wanted that corrected and they told us they would not level it because that was on contract with delivery. So delivery not gonna come because we live in texas and they said the building settled. The center blocks were not even contacting the support beams/runners. All in all this was a miserable experience and has created stress between the wife and I. I leveled the building myself because It was not gonna happen waiting on this fly by night teams. Excuse after excuse. Latest one they are trying to hire warranty help. Well if all buildings are like ours, they work those folks to death. They want the money and then you are on your own. They will post a lame response in reply to my review. We have pictures to share.

Because Leland asked for a review:

We've had our Leland shed for 6 months or so now. Been through some wind, hail, rain, sun. It's very solid. I'm happy.

But, let's give a hypothetical. You need a new driveway. You get bids, check references. You do your best to tie yourself to a reputable company that takes it's contracted parameters serious. The crew comes out and installs the driveway and you come home and it is impressive. Best driveway in the neighborhood. They leave and, boom, there is a one foot gap between the garage and concrete. You check your contract and it's correct. It has the exact number of feet you wanted from the street to the garage, but... They figured, meh - close enough. Screw him.

Now, back to Leland. I contracted for 8 foot walls. 96 inches. What I got was 93.75 inches (from the floor to the top of the wall sill.) There is no way to store 8 foot sheets of plywood against the side walls. I am not happy.

But, not only are the walls inches short, but they installed the sill plate tie-downs incorrectly which effectively makes the walls 93.25 inches. Even if the walls were 96 inches, the incorrectly installed tie-downs would gouge into the plywood stored there.

I have complained to them about a half dozen other things, mostly inside finishing "holidays" - meaning quality escapes. Minor observations mostly.

My goal here is to make anyone that contracts for 8 foot walls to have an onsite inspection (before delivery) and take a tape measure. You shouldn't trust anyone and this was my mistake. Don't let it be yours.

Purchased a 12X28 shed from Janice in Waxahachie. Provided excellent customer service and ordered just what we asked for. Very patient with all of our requests!
Delivery driver did a great job as well.

Considered Derksen until they gave us the run around. So glad we went with Janice Scott.

Worst exspierience of my life. They charge you an insurance fee but will not let you place a claim, will not fix any mistakes and will avoid talking to you. I am returning my portable building and will now do business with Wolf Valley Portable Buildings because they actually care about the customers satisfaction. I will be contacting the BBB.

Sorry people from top to bottom, now Marcus is bugging my wife. I’ve left my number on all correspondence yet they won’t talk to me, the customer or refund my money. What a sorry excuse. Guess I will contact the BBB as a start.

Just took delivery of a 10 X 16 Garden Shed here in Central TX. The shed is well made and have absolutely no reservations about this purchase. The driver was a professional without a doubt. Thanks for providing quality service along with the product. As well, the dealer experience was very pleasant. A family member has purchased 2 sheds from Leland's through this same dealer and has been nothing but satisfied.

Beginning with the sales person Aaron Jordan ( who answered all my questions and concerns professional and politely) to the final screw installed . Great salesman, good product, good price. Very pleased.

Love the cabin. But it was delivered dirty. Was told it would be cleaned before delivery.
Had a chip in the flooring and was repaired. No problem. If it was cleaned I would give 5 stars. Very nice personnel. Thanks so much. Love my cabin

Extremely pleased with our purchase. The workers came and were prompt proffessional. the installation went flawless and they cleaned up behind themselves when done. We were missing a ramp that wasn't put on their truck but the company sent it down on the next truck and sent us a gift card for our trouble.

Very impressed with my shed. Delivered very quickly and looks great!

Our salesman presented all of our options so we could buy exactly what we needed/wanted.
Our unit was built on site and the crew was amazing!

The only reason for the 4 stars is that one insulated window had caulking from top to bottom and wasn't cleaned up.

Janice was great to deal with. From purchase to setup everyone was most accommodating. Shed is built very well and exactly what we wanted

12 x 16 garden style shed----Overall a quality product and we are very pleased. The salesperson was either new or under educated on company products and specifics. However, she tried and was pleasant.

The crew arrived as scheduled, but they were given the wrong 'kit'. Our building was built on a slab, but they were given material for a building on blocks & beams. They had to rip down the floor joists to make the 2x4s to base the walls. They weren't given the doors with the kit - the doors were installed 10 days after the building was built. When I met with the salesman I asked for a ridge vent - I was given gable vents. I asked for fiberglass doors - I was given steel doors. The building is 16x20 - it can pose a sizeable wind load. After the building was built, I added corner wind braces and rafter braces myself; I also added about 20 hurricane straps myself, in addition to those installed by the crew.
I expect that I'll have to repaint it in a year or two - a single coat of cheap contractor paint doesn't hold up very long. Aside from that, I'm satisfied with what we have. I don't have any reservations recommending them, just the advise to specify and review exactly what you want in the building to ensure you get what you're expecting.
