Did a basic search for some glass bottles. I picked the bottle store. Wanted to buy direct vs going through Amazon, and it was a great choice. My fear was the shipping end. My ordered arrived in perfect condition. Excellent quality on the bottles and lids. Would definitely order from here again. Fast shipping and great products.

Poor customer service
I order from this company regularly for the past year-2 years or so and normally don't face any issues except 1 delayed shipment. My most recent order they shorted me 30 caps. I have no reason to lie about this. They told me as a 1 time courtesy they can send me a replacement (only replacing 30 caps) but for future orders I only have 10 days after delivery to let them know. I received this order June 22. I understand it had been over 30 days but I've never heard or bought from a company that only gives you 10 days, normally its a minimum of 30 days... I didn't know I was expected to count out all 525 pieces upon arrival. They told me if I reach out they can allow more time to count all the pieces..... We don't use all the bottles at once otherwise I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue. I just don't think its right to blame the customer for a mistake that is not ours....

First, I would like to thank you for being a regular and loyal customer for the past couple of years. We truly appreciate your business and are very sorry that your most recent order was short 30 caps. We certainly do not think you are lying, and we take full responsibility for the packing error on our end.
We sincerely apologize if the explanation of our policies came across as blaming you for the error; that was absolutely never our team's intention. When our representative mentioned a "one-time courtesy," they were simply explaining how they were able to bypass our standard system policies to make things right for you.
For transparency, our policy, which is listed in the FAQ section of our website, states the following:
"What if my order is damaged or if I’m missing item(s) from my order? We must be notified of damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect all packages upon arrival... Disclaimer: If we are not notified of damaged or missing packages within the specified timeframe, we have the right to waive the option of sending replacements to you at no cost."
Because your order was delivered on June 22nd, your request fell well outside of this standard window. This 10-day timeframe exists to accurately track warehouse inventory and resolve packing discrepancies quickly. However, because we highly value your loyalty, our representative overrode the system to send your replacements right away at no cost, which is why it was noted as a courtesy exception.
We completely understand that counting out 525 pieces immediately upon arrival is tedious, especially when you don't use all the bottles at once. As our representative mentioned, if you ever place a large bulk order in the future and need more than 10 days to inspect your items, please just send us a quick message! We are always happy to make a note on your account and extend that inspection window for you.
We are glad we were able to ship those replacement caps to you, and we hope to continue serving your business.

Delivery showed up 5 days late and…
Delivery showed up 5 days late and despite contacting them twice about it, no one seemed very interested in helping me get more information or updates from their transportation company. We needed these bottles for a specific event which was completely missed. Even in the ordering process was extremely slow. I ordered 4/30, no update on when it would be getting shipped out. I emailed 5/4 to check in on eta as we needed the bottles by 5/12, and I was then given a tracking to their freight carrier. it sat in "picked up" for several days. Customer service was absolutely not helpful at all.
