I have been buying from Bottlebrush Ferments for a long time now, first encountering them at Blackheath farmers market quite a few years ago now and would highly recommend them. Their products are outstanding quality and in my view the very best in fermented sauerkraut and their range is superb. Don’t look anywhere else for quality and great customer service. Well done Bottlebrush Ferments!

Quick delivery, complete with a small ice pack for freshness. These products are delicious! I had some sauerkraut left from the supermarket and tried them side by side - there's just no comparison! Even my husband is a convert, which I never thought I'd see happen! My digestive system is grateful too, so a win-win all round. Will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend 👌

They're so vibrant you really feel like you're eating the rainbow. I get a subscription and they're happy to tailor it to suit my requirements. Highly recommend trying, you won't regret it.

I have been eating these ferments for years and they are so delicious. The best kimchi ever and its vegan. Ben has excellent customer service and with this order one item was unavailable, he kept me updated and offered me different solutions plus a free jar of ferments. Thank you Ben :)

Great product but lack of customer service.
I used the " contact us" link when I hadn't heard anything after a week from ordering, as this was not my experience from previous orders with them. I had no response but did get my order a few days later.

I can’t big up this brand enough. Not only is it THE most delicious kimchi I’ve found yet, when it was brought to their attention that my order was still stuck in processing over a week later, I received an explanation and was told to expect an additional jar of my choice as an apology on them. Refreshingly good honest people who appreciate the value in good customer service. I’ll be back time and time again.

Great fermented foods - the best around!

Just finished up my first jars of the The Red One Kimchi and The White One Sauerkraut. Wow, what can I say? 5* delicious flavours, really fresh. I was worried about kimchi as had not had very good experiences of it but wanted to give it a go and was so pleasantly surprised and have just put in an order for the full award winners bundle! Can’t wait to try the Yellow and Purple ones. A main reason for purchasing was to help with my gut issues that I have struggled with for over 6 years now and I swear that eating these nearly daily for 8 weeks has done wonders for me and more than any medication ever could! Thank you so much!
