Quick and prompt service

It was a prompt service from ordering to delivery, would have rated higher but for the fact that there was a duplicated delivery which I had to sort out. The items were properly packed most were sealed in bags. One of the liquid items leaked but because it was in a bag it did not affect the other items. Once it was brought to their attention it was quickly refunded so all good in the end.

The prices were good

The prices were good. Delivery would have been next day but the driver couldn't find me. Inevitably the parcel got moved more than usual resulting in some dented tins.
Bother were very good at rescheduling delivery and passing on directions.

Delivery was rapid and reliable

Delivery was as rapid and reliable as ever. It’s a bit disappointing that my regular items are unavailable or sell out very quickly. A substitute item has a shorter shelf life than expected; it’s ok, but not what I’m used to!

Item missing from delivery

Item missing from delivery. Contacted Customer services and said I wanted a replacement but they just issued a really small refund( as I had purchased the item on offer)

No Real Bother

Easy ordering, great prices, delivery did not happen when expected, however came the next morning so not a major problem. Well packaged though some of the tins were damaged. Quick response to customer service query email.

Great prices even better then certain discount stores, food arrived with lengthy expiry dates. Packaged extremely well, and everything was recyclable. Products were selected into plastic bags yo prevent unwanted spills if damages occurred e.g. bleach, softner. Also planting trees when you shop is a nice touch.
