Order not received. No response from support
This is my 3rd order and I never had an issue until now. It has been a month since I made my 3rd order and have not received my order. I have sent several emails and 2 calls with no response. I just got off a chat to track my order and they wanted my credit card information to charge $5 so they can connect me with a tech to find my order. I did not do it.

Shipping takes forever
Ordered on January 6th and still haven’t received my order and it’s January 22nd and tracking shows it’s probably still going to be another week. So expect your order to take a month to get to you. I’m really excited to try this though. I’ll update when I receive my items
