1 star is generous. I ordered in January, as like other customers, I felt it was genuine when saying things like made in the uk, and having good policies such as full refund etc. anyway just after placing the order, I saw another post about the real and fake patches, realised the ones I ordered were fake. I emailed immediately to cancel the order. It is now April - 3 months later and about 20odd emails, I am still waiting for my full refund, and they took more than what I was billed which raised my suspicions to begin with and got me looking into it. Now they keep telling me the refund has been processed (had several of those emails from different people) but there has been none sent to my account. I realise now it is a scam but it won’t stop me persisting with them. Just don’t order for these type of sites. Always stay with what you know when it comes to online.

BEWARE !!! Fake patches , not made in UK as claimed but USA . Asked for refund straight away as promised on their “ Solemn Commitment guarantees 100% “ , eventually got 50% after being offered 30% , then 40% !

Still not received my order says made in London uk don't think this is true took my money then had a few emails saying my basket order is still un complete well they have my order and money scammed also I don't think the patches are correct ones fake if I receive them I will be very surprised avoid at all costs you learn the hard way taking people's hard earned cash disgraceful

I placed an order on 20th January 2026. Since then,constantly receiving e mails to buy more. Still haven't received the original items yet. Had conflicting up dates about delivery. I think I have been scammed.

Placed an order on 30th December. Took my.money and verified my order. To date no communication from them again. KEEPS SENDING ME EMAILS TO COMPLETE ANOTHER ORDER THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY IN MY BASKET. THEY SEEM TO BE SCAMMERS.

Well, suddenly my order has been delivered. Close to 10pm last night. Maybe they read my review???

Advert states genuine UK shop! It is coming from China! Hence slow delivery!
Stated FREE DELIVERY on purchase they added shipping from China!!
Contacted them several times , why the extra cost? Where is it? Had 12 emails with them. Different staff replying asking same thing ( order number - can't find order, looking into extra charge( never admitted is was shipping) trying to hurry up delivery, .
I had enough so went through paypal to contact them to refund me fully.
Being from China who knows if the item was going to be genuine! Usually alternative product sent.
