I recently had my Dubarry boots re-soled and I am delightedwith the service.
I was so disappointed when the soles of my Dubarry boots started to split as they were a purchase I could afford only once in my lifetime. I was pleased to discover this company and amazed at the ease and efficiency of the whole process of ordering and paying for the repair, and the communication from the factory.
I'm overjoyed to have my boots back, as good as new, for less than the price of a pair of 'lookalikes'.
In this age of throwaway culture and built-in obsolescence, this company does a wonderful job.

This company is very efficient and their work is high quality, they repaired my much loved dubarry boots, which had literally fallen to pieces to a near new condition, my only criticism is the delivery company! They need to review their service.

My Zamberlan boots heels were both worn through. I opted for BRC as I was able to drop them to the company in person (local to a relative). This was following an initial enquiry where I sent pictures of the boots and the wear that needed to be repaired.

I was updated that the needed more extensive repairs - initially it was a “re sole” (total cost £82:90) then I was told they needed mid sole and rand. It was £45 extra.

The boots were returned (following additional payment) in about 2 weeks or so.

Repairs look very good. Soles look robust. I’ve worn them 2/3 times now and have encountered no problems.

Although it might seem expensive (in some opinions) I was ok to pay it as I love these boots and know they are comfy and waterproof. I can’t speak for the longevity but it there are any issues I would hope BRC. would deal with it appropriately.

Unbelievably great service from this company. Actually did what they said they could. Great communication from Rachelle at every stage. Quoted 4 weeks turnaround but only took 9 days from me posting to receiving the boots back as good as new. Highly recommended and very satisfied

Due to a freak accident kick starting my vintage motorcycle into submission it kicked back and knocked my heel of my sidi motorcycle boot leaving it looking like a dog's tongue on a summer's day 🤬I found the Boot Repair Company on the internet and got in touch from then on it was a very easy and quick process to get the boot repaired. I went to the trouble off dropping it at one of their depots (Leeds) because no boots = no Riding .. they quickly repaired my boot ( returned by UPS) and I am very pleased with the repair 😍 highly recommend this company now back on the road thankfully 🏍️

After some advice from The Boot Repair Company over whether my favourite Birkenstocks needed a resole or rebuild on this occasion, I sent them off and they were back on my feet just a week later looking like a brand new pair of shoes. Same uppers but attached to a new authentic footbed and sole. This is the second time this pair has been renewed, and I have no doubt The Boot Repair Company will be doing these and others for me again in the future.

Brought my old Matchless hi tops back to life. What a great service.

Just wanted to acknowledge the quick and professional service from The Boot Repair Company. I thought i was going to have to buy my wife a new set of Dubarry boots, but they not only did a complete resole, they also bought them back the suede to near new finish.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Boot Repair Company.Their craftsmen have repaired my dubarry boots and they look like new .All the staff were very kind ,friendly and efficient .The boots were returned to me within time schedule and the price was very reasonable for such an excellent service.

Re-soled a pair of old Redwing boots that were heading for the bin. Great service and very quick turn around time. Really pleased with the end result. Now I know this is an option I’ll be breathing new life into my old boots in future.

I can't praise the service and workmanship of The Boot Repair Company enough, booked online to have Dr Martens re-soled, they were picked up on a Wednesday and delivered back the following Thursday morning and look amazing. Fantastic service from start to finish. I am so glad we found this company.

Around 25 years ago I bought a pair of timberland boots but never really got on with them and they ended up in the bottom of my wardrobe. A few weeks ago I found them and tried them on only to find they were much more comfortable but the gunk used to stick the soles to the uppers had perished and they were coming apart. I almost decided to bin them but after finding that the Boot Repair Company fixed Timberlands I decided to send them off for a repair, since they did a great job with my DMs,with a welt, leather mid sole and new vibram sole. Just over a week later they are back and better than ever. They fit beautifully and are comfortable to wear. I can’t rate them highly enough and would happily recommend their services

I've always been sceptical to spend the money on repairing boots when you can get a second hand pair for cheaper than repair costs....but I thought I would give it a go as my Dubarry boots were in pretty good shape other than the soles completely coming away. I am so pleased I went with The Boot Repair Company. I have just got my boots back and they look great! The new soles look far better quality than the originals and my boots look almost new...very impressed and would 100% do it again and recommend the service. Yes, for someone like me...the repair cost is very expensive...but well worth the price for an expensive pair of boots...it really is. The whole process took just over 4 weeks, but was simple and I was kept up to date with the progress and...because I'm a bit of a skinflint, I was really pleased that the boots were returned in a large cardboard box that can be kept as a boot storage box! Thank you. A very happy customer.
