Terrible experience
experience wasn’t great. We booked and payed for axe throwing, golf & electric darts, we didn’t get any chance to go on anything as it was too busy, the whole venue is so unorganised considering how much money you pay. All in all we payed £125 and didn’t do the activities we payed for. We wasn’t even in the venue for half an hour because it was so busy we had to walk outwouldn’t recommend

Waited ages for our beer pong table and…
Waited ages for our beer pong table and beer. When we finally got the table we had 30 min playing. Then we had to stop playing cause someone else booked it. They didn’t show up until after 30 min. We were still not allowed to play until they got here…
Really good idea but REALLY BAD SERVICE!

The Bath establishment is vile
The Bath establishment is vile, no consideration for the residents that live in the area, always blasting music past the legal time, always have people screaming and shouting outside, they don't answer their phone or emails so all I can do is complain to environmental health

Just did axe throwing at boom battle bar with my girlfriend and the staff were very welcoming and Ellis the instructor was really helpful and made our experience very good

Really bad service
Really bad service, waiter was rude, dirty place, the oil that they cook the food it is so old, when the fried chicken came to us look like charcoal. The toilets are disgusting. A few of games were broken.

Went to the boomebattlebar at the O2 and was served by Jack.
He provided excellent service and was constantly attentive, explaining the food and drinks and how long we had at the table.
