Like other people Iv lost my money. The won’t pay out unless you win. I couldn’t win because they were closing the page. Feel cheated!

I have £16 odd accumulated in bonuses, It is no longer possible to make a purchase through their site and I cannot withdraw bonuses until I have a win, joke.......

I’ve been using this site for about a year and honestly, don’t waste your time. Dropped from 100% to 3% due to ‘covid’ but surely that can only benefit an online company. I’ll be heading back to Top Cashback where the amount is guaranteed. I’ve still got bonuses in my wallet which I’m unable to cash out unless I win, and I can’t see that happening any time before they close down. Complete con.

boom25 is a total con! They are closing down soon,so I emailed them to ask how I withdraw my bonus's,they have said they won't pay them out unless I win !! how can I win ,Im not going to make any more purchases when Ive made loads already and havent won a penny! besides its they are only paying out a 3%whats the point. I doubt many people win the banners on screen are made up,I wish I had just used quidco,ive not seen a penny and spent hundreds and now they get to keep my bonuses too,It doesnt seem fair,If they keep every members accrued bonuses they will be quids up,How can this even be legal? How can u win back youre bonuses if winning isnt guaranteed.In my opinion they shouldnt be allowed to operate ,its a sham !

Considering the win rate is now 3% you can clearly see that the latest winners banner are completely made up. The 3% win rate being blamed on covid makes absolutely no sense as most people in the country are spending their money online, feels like they’re just using it as an excuse to gain more profit. Once all my pending booms have been cleared I’ll be using a different app.

Used to be better as more cash back went from 100% to 10%. Each boom was 10p now 5p, a lot of work for little return. Need to win to get any money out of accumulated booms. Reduced odds blamed on covid and retailers but I would think ebay etc doing well during lockdown as many buying online now as can not go physically shopping. If payouts not increased I don’t think anyone will bother with website in future better returns on Quidco.

Never pays out, my partner and i bought lots of gift cards every month, no return! Not worth using this app + winning percentage is now 10% or less. Other cashback sites such Quidco, Topcashback pays well (tried and confirmed) and no cheats there! I feel that Boom25 cheating on us!!!

Terrible website now. Used to be good once upon a time where you could win 100% of your purchase back, but now you’re lucky if you get 3% back. Not worth it at all anymore, Boom25 must be the only people raking it in.

Absolutely appalling. Have contacted them with no 2 times about 4 purchases made with Aliexpress never showing on my account. And after dropping the percentage you get, combined it with 17% lost when you receive your award through Paypal. They can be the only ones making good money.

How do I know the missing purchases are still not claimed by Boom25 and just not beeing pass to me?

Was once really good but as time has gone on percentages back have decreased to make it completely pointless and they aren’t offering anything that other cash back sites don’t offer, Not to mention they have no control over actual approvals so like me could be left waiting for approvals from nearly a year ago that boom cannot do anything about, pretty poor business plan really.

Boom is fine until you have a problem. I bought I gift card that had already been redeemed before I received it! They are refusing to refund me even though I have proof of receiving it after the date it was redeemed and the conversation has been going round in circles for the A month now. Avoid buying gift cards!

The concept of boom was great when it was really new. The odds and payouts were good. Now everything has been stripped down to pay less on everything. I stopped playing when most of my wins were 10p. I wouldn't pick 10p up in a street so for all the effort, the logging in, the ordering, the waiting for results to load and the more losses than wins I truly just gave up. For all the data they collect and the commission they get, I ain't giving them my business anymore.

Used to track OK but recently most of my eBay purchases have failed to track. Going back to using Topcashback. Much more reliable tracking even though you usually only get 1%

I’m giving an average score as yeah of course it’s good in the sense that if you do win it’s essentially free money but the chances of winning are slim. They’re also currently only offering a 10% return so in all honesty unless you’re spending in the hundreds it’s not really worth it. They say it’s due to COVID but I think the company are just becoming more greedy as time goes on. The time you have to wait for approval of purchases is ridiculous also. Months in most cases. So may be worth signing up but don’t expect it to change your life.

I have just tried purchasing a £50 Amazon gift card. It took me ages to finally get the purchase to go though (2 days of trying on both my phone and my laptop using multiple payment cards). I finally made the purchase but now I haven’t received my gift card and it’s not showing on my dashboard but is showing on my bank account. I had a previous problem where I found a transaction on my credit card statement which I queried with them as there was no sigh of it on my account and they told me it hadn’t gone through so it should be refunded on my next statement. It was never refunded and when I contacted them again they just referred me to my bank. Avoid at all costs, they just take your money with nothing in return.

Been using boom for almost 1 year now. Spent around £1800 using them, including gift cards and normal purchases. Yet to win anything. You get like 10p here and there cashback and we now have around £8.

Is it worth it? They say you got to be in it to win it, but £8? Not really worth it and you'll probably get better percentage cashback from other sites.

I was trying to buy a gift card and then out of blue error , my money was taken but transaction didn’t go through for the purchase, £50 has been taken and now I’m trying to get in touch to have it back , totally useless app, avoid , your not going to win anything but to loose your money, don’t trust me try it then .

I'm new to boom but I have won with a purchase. I'm trying to claim a gift card but a message keeps coming on saying to continue please update... and I cant see the rest of the message. Ice checked my settings and everything seems fine???
