Quick delivery unfortunately the book had a thin layer of bubble wrap in packaging not around book so sadly the book got damaged in transit I can provide photos but due to the book being rare I won't return as it is the book I need for my collection

Excellent customer service
Book Addiction was so helpful when I asked for additional photos of the bookplate. They were also very helpful as I was overseas by providing a Paypal form for me to pay before I asked for it. I will definitely shop there again!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your book delivery. I hear what you say about packaging - it is always a balance between adequate protection and keeping weight and costs down - but I'll feedback to our packer and see if we can find a way of strenghtening the protection for slimmer items like this. We use custom card book boxes for the vast majority of deliveries anyway and maybe we should look to doing that for even the slimmest items.
