There is a wealth of great content that could keep you busy for years! Bonny is the best teacher with a very nice voice to listen to. She is very responsive to her students and genuinely cares about each one of us.
There is nothing else out there like this online for the colored pencil artist. Also a very encouraging and positive Facebook group .

This is the place to be for all things positive and encouraging. Bonny is second to none with her enthusiasm, excitement, and skills, which she is happy to share to enable students to become the best they can be.

Bonny is an excellent artist and with kindness and patience she guides you through her thoughts and process to create beautiful color pencil drawings. I have always considered myself an artist but when I compare my drawings to hers I see where I can improve my work. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who would like to learn about color pencil techniques and improve their artistry.

Amazing community and support. Video tutorials are excellent and the extras are endless - business help, confidence help, live draw alongs, the list goes on. It’s unbelievably good value and the benefits you take away are beyond words.

I've been with Bonny since her days on Patreon, through the launch of the Academy, and have no intention of leaving any time soon because there is always something more to learn from an exciting evolving course content.
The Academy is testament to her dedication and hard work, effective teaching skills. knowledge of, and experience with this exciting medium. As a teacher and as a person, Bonny is not only a talented artist, she's down-to-earth, loves to teach, fun, generous with her time and knowledge, and she has built a fabulous community of like-minded Ignite members who are equally as friendly and helpful; we are a terrific mix of experienced practicing artists, and complete beginners who are always made welcome.
If you want to learn everything about the CP medium, how to develop as an artist, learn about good business practices, build your confidence, and have fun while you do so, I cannot recommend The Bonny Snowdon Academy highly enough.

Bonny makes everything fun to do. I've been with the Academy for 2 years now and have enjoyed every minute. I started as a raw beginner and now am selling Commissions, something I thought I would never be able to do! You won't regret joining, every month there is something different and there sre 100s of tutorials to pick from. Thanks Bonny for such a fabulous place to learn and draw!

The Bonny Snowdon Academy is a wonderful resource for those aspiring to learn or improve their colour pencil art. Membership to the Ignite group is not cheap but the learning is well worth it, if you can manage the fees. The art itself is not an inexpensive hobby and the pencils and media Bonny uses are all artist quality. While she does not insist on your using the same, clearly it will make a difference to your finished pieces. I would advise that you start pieces that you can finish within your membership period - if you are not planning to renew. Once the membership lapses, you will lose access to the resources. You can always rejoin!

Alternatively you can be a non paying member to the Academy itself and still have access to abssolytely superbly crafted tutorial videos and a separate facebook group.

In either case, Bonny herself, her team and all the other members are extremely responsive to any and every query and doubt you may have. This is incredibly helpful and encouraging. The Facebook pages are a constant inspiration. The work of other members of all levels of expertise really pushes one to work and better oneself. It’s a joy being in the academy.

Bonny is one of those rare gems that kind of has it all - she is a skillful artist but also an exceptional teacher, she's a strong businesswoman, she brings mindset and positivity coaching to the table. The Ignite Academy isn't just for learning about art, it's a whole lifestyle and community that is just so supportive to everyone in it!

I found Bonny's Ignite Membership 2 years ago. I have no art/drawing experience or education and had always told myself I was never interested in drawing at all because I didn't have any talent, had never tried, and really wasn't interested in it...UNTIL...

I joined one of her live draw along sessions and could NOT believe what I could do by following along!

After joining Ignite, my expectations were beyond exceeded! I love everything that is provided in the membership...tutorials both live and recorded so I can watch regardless if I'm in a different country, the amazingly positive community and environment, special guests, mindset, life coaching and the list goes on.

Bonny is not only a fantastic artist, but a savvy business women who is extremely kind and funny. She is ALWAYS adding value and extra things to the membership.

I came for the animal drawings because I couldn't believe what she could guide me to do...but I will be staying as a life-time member because of everything that is included and the positive impact it has had with my mental health and life overall.

It not only deals with tutorials , troubleshooting, live draws etc, it also helps with mindset and confidence building.The ignite academy

From stick drawings to realism. When I started with Bonny I had zero drawing skill and trust me it showed. Bonny has shown me that with her way of teaching and by practicing that drawing is definitely a skill you can learn.

I have learned so much from Bonny I can’t even begin to say. This is the most amazing learning environment with such a positive attitude and leadership. I am so grateful for all that Bonny and team have created. Can’t imagine life without the Bonny Snowden Ignite! Definitely the best place to learn CP art. Do not hesitate to join if you want to learn.

Bonny is an excellent tutor, she explains everything so well and has the right amount of encouragement. Each tutorial has a materials list, line art, reference photo and a series of video tutorials which is excellent!! Everything is always accessible and can be worked on at your pace to fit your life style. Ignite is great for beginners right up to professionals who sell their artwork and take on commissions. Bonny also offers business drop ins and weekly art clubs that bring the Ignite community together. I'd highly recommend joining.

She is generous with her knowledge, striving to see everyone producing the best they can but at their own comfortable pace... and the community spirit that Bonny has created within her membership is second to none, you will not find another group like this.

I personally have learnt so much in a relatively small space of time, surprising myself with the pieces I've produced and I've witnessed so many of her students hitting standards they had no idea they were capable of.

Now...im an artist..

Wasn't sure about joining initially, but after attending the coloured pencil week and seeing what you get, and the fact that Bonny is a fantastic tutor, I just had to join and it's been worth every penny. Got my first commission for doing it. Have learnt new techniques and PATIENCE to work with very light pressure... that was HARD!!! Also learnt about the types of colour pencils, the types of surfaces you can use. I've been a member now for 9 months. If you want to learn about how to use colour pencils and what you can do with them, this is the place for you!! I'm continuing my membership!!

I began taking online courses in art about 5 years ago and found Bonny about 9 months ago. I love learning from different teachers, but I love drawing wildlife. I really like realistic drawings and Bonny is a master at this. I have learned so much about shading and skills that I can transfer to my own artwork. Everything is recorded, so I can go over something several times, or pause as I need to. Bonny is very encouraging with a wonderful "You can do it!" mindset. I highly recommend learning from her and have recommended her to several people.
