We are very happy with the Hopscotch game purchased from Bonnypack. We bought it for our two 4 year old grandchildren who love jumping on it, and in time will learn the rules of the game. The product appears well made and durable, and is bright and cheerful in its design. The online purchase process was easy, and delivery was as indicated when ordering.

I bought 4 hot chocolate glasses. 1st 2 I used were fine 3rd glass I made hot chocolate and the glass split in half. 1 half flying onto kitchen floor leaving me with hot chocolate on me and burning my leg. Emailed bonnypack who wanted to send a replacement glass. No apology I refused glass and asked for a refund. They asked to have remaining glasses returned. Which they have had now a week and still No Refund. I would not even give them 1 star if Possible. I have photo evidence which I sent to them and can also prove to Trust pilot. I refused a replacement as the mug split in half with a hot drink which bonnypack have photo evidence hence requesting a refund. Yes I was sent a QR which a no point did you ask for the tracking number and a QR will show up at Bonnypack offices as item returned. As I have used QR codes many times and the supplier all contact me saying thank you for return...I had to ask twice for my refund even after proving to bonnypack they had received the items in which they still stated I would need to wait 14 days until I contacted them again regarding this matter . Than getting a Refund!!

Prices are great and the customer service was brilliant, stand out exemplary. If only some other companies would show such appreciation and value for their customers and not just their money.

Omg I made an order on Wednesday night at around 11:55pm and it arrived on Friday morning AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Prior to delivery I had some queries which were responded to within half a hour. Sorry to make a big deal but this blew my mind maybe because I'm used to such poor standards from other businesses/delivery companies.

Would like to thank bonnypack for sorting out the ticket i got in the carpark, but it would be so much better if there was something to type in your reg as you enter and leave shop and save all this hassle as being a big shop 90 mins is not enough time if you want to take a good look around the shop.

I ordered a few bits of their website and they accidentally sent the wrong item, I contacted them via email and received a response within the hour. They offered to send the correct item (after sending evidence) and allowed me to keep the incorrect one. Excellent service, the products are really affordable and great quality. Will definitely be buying from them in future and recommend them to family and friends.
