Damaged items and no communication
Items that were sent were damaged. I asked for replacements and never heard back.

You can talk to real helpful people
You can talk to real people who go out of their way to be helpful. They very quick organising delivery but were let down by the courier - that just didnt turn up for two days. Called the company and theyy arranged a next day delivery with another company.
Very pleased with the exact shelves I wanted and frames . Good prices too

Item delivered broken, no response from customer support email yet.
The order was placed and received in a timely manner. One item, a glass shelf was delivered shattered. It happens, packaging wasn't fantastic and couriers aren't exactly careful. Within an hour or two I emailed the company, along with a photo of the damaged shelf to request a replacement. That was a few working days ago and have had no response yet.

TERRIBLE PACKAGING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The 2 frames that I ordered arrived in a soft cardboard packaging with ‘Fragile’ tape stuck around the top. The packaging had holes in and was bent as if it had taken a knock in transit I presume. When I opened it on Weds BOTH of my frames were bent and buckled. I had booked someone to come and install them at my business on Fri so I immediately emailed to complain and ask that new frames be sent out. I’ve still not heard back at all!! The tradesman managed to bend the frames back a little and put them up, even though they’re damaged. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, comms and packaging from this company. I would NOT recommend using them

Fast delivery and good price
Fast delivery and good price, packaging could be improved though, the end caps for the brackets were not in a separate packet and scattered in the bottom of the box

Delivered to the wrong address and very reluctant to reply to emails to try and rectify. Very poor Service.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing the issue, we found the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, which led the courier to deliver to a nearby address. We have raised this matter with the courier to prevent similar issues in future. We also apologise for the delay in responding, as we were awaiting their investigation results.
