Great affordable prices compared to all other stores in the mall. Love the trendy styles they always have here, a great place to add a trendy unique piece to your collection.

This is my second pair of glasses from BonLook and I absolutely love them.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff of bonLook for their great customer service particularly Jill. I had a situation with my glasses and they resolved it and refund me the money. It took little time though but they took the issue in a responsible manner. Square one is Great store, and great staff.

Got a super service from Catherine at the Notre Dame store, price are affordable and the selection good.

The first time I went in to the Bonlook store at Rideau centre when it first opened the staff were extremely rude, they barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked them a question. But a few years later, I recently went in and the person who helped me was super helpful and nice. She picked out the frames that I eventually ended up getting and the process was easy.

Amazing experience at BonLook Square One! Shobiga was a super helpful stylist and knew exactly what I was looking for as soon as I described it. The rest of the staff also had great input to share to make sure I pick the right frames for my face. I had an eye exam with Dr. Lakhani and it was the most thorough eye exam I’ve had! She explained what each result meant and answered any questions I had. A lovely experience and I will definitely be back! Thanks to the team at Sq 1!

Lunettes de piètre qualité. Et de plus mauvaise prescription. Ils ont mis une correction de myopie alors que je n’en fait pas. J’ai eu la chirurgie au laser et j’ai une vision de 106% un œil et l’autre 104%. Misère, je vais aller ailleurs!

Charmaine & the other ladies at the Sherway location were incredibly helpful & honest helping me pick out my new frames. It was a very fast & easy process. Best place to get beautiful frames at a good price with great service!

The associate I dealt with at Limeridhe Mall was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to take my business there. Also great value for 2 pairs compared to other companies such as Hakim, Pearl and Lenscrafters.

The staff at the Eaton Center location suggested a lot of different styles and the optician was able to validate which styles were the best fit for my face. Overall, they were patient, helpful and their advice was great. Highly recommend as the next place to buy your glasses!

Best ever service for eye exam and purchase of new eye glasses at BonLook Square One location. All staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable answer all questions effectively and explaining each step of process.
