Today, my son had his first eye glass shopping experience. Both Jeff and Mikhaila at Bonlook Mapleview Mall in Burlington were fantastic. Thanks for everything!

One of the best experiences in my life regarding customer service!! It was an absolute pleasure to choose my eye glasses, as the stylist helped me in the most amazing way - he was so calm, kind, offered me many styles and choices based on what I expressed that I wanted, and, perhaps more than anything, he allowed me the time that I needed to make my choice without any pressure at all. The optometrist and everyone else in the store at Fairview Mall Toronto were great also - such a friendly atmosphere! Can't wait to receive my new glasses, thank you!

En ce 5juin je me suis présentée au bon look de st Bruno pour prendre possession de mes nouveaux verres j’ai été reçue et servis par mr l’optométriste avec un service exceptionnel avec une courtoisie exemplaire!!

La vendeuse ne semblait pas trop savoir de quoi elle parlait. Je connaissais plus d’´information qu’elle sur la monture que je désirais.

Un service apres-vente impeccable et rapide !

Good quality frames and lenses. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The only improvement would be a free bottle of cleaner with the purchase of new glasses.

Eileen was my stylist and she was very patient and thorough. She picked out several pairs of glasses until we nailed it down to three pairs, then two and then the pair that best suited me. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Eileen also collaborated with her colleague which gave the impression of a team work environment. So happy.

I had an excellent experience at store Notre-Dame Ouest thanks to Djibril 100/10. The gentleman was super nice and professional. He took the time to help me to choose the right glasses. His cheerful and charismatic personality makes me feel comfortable and just happy.

It was my first time buying glasses so didn't know where to start with! The ladies were really helpful. I did have a great service and will be back for sure.

Je suis allée chez BonLook Anjou pour me procurer ma toute première paire de lunettes, et j'ai eu un excellent service de Joannie. Je croyais vraiment que le choix serait fastidieux, mais elle ma donné de bons conseils, j'ai senti son authenticité, et elle ma bien expliqué tout ce qu'il y a à savoir, merci encore, je suis ravie !

If I could have put 6 stars I would have.
I went to the Dix30 store this time, usually I go to the St Bruno location (where I originally got both my glasses from; also a great location). Xavier was the person who helped me with cleaning and refitting my old glasses, and then he helped with finding me a new pair of glasses. He was exceptional, very helpful, honest with his opinions on the frames I tried on, and very kind. I picked up my new glasses today which were ready almost a week earlier than expected!! I am super pleased with my recent experience at Bonlook Dix30, Xavier is a fantastic, knowledgeable person. Thank you!!

After ordering Lark Dune glasses, they arrived much darker than the samples on the display wall.

The optometrist then poorly fitted them to my face and they no longer fit my ears. The arms are bent out of shape after being overworked.

I went back the next day to exchange the glasses for a new pair that colour matches the display model and new arms that are not bent.

They offered to provide a return and refund or to try and re-bend the arms. I left thinking there had to be a better option. I offered to just use the display model on the wall to make the exchange simple but this wasn't an option.

After talking with customer support online they were disappointed to hear that the store only offer the option for a return and said they would bring in new frames to put my lenses into. I was told the store would call me that same day but they never called.

At this point, I've decided to move forward with a return and refund. This is poor sales, poor customer support, and poor optometry.

Everyone seemed nice, but not one was able to provide a solution.

I have ordered a pair of new glasses that has blue light filter. Unfortunately, it did not work out very well with me. So I read about their return and exchange policy as my glasses are very new, as soon as I knew I can get an exchange I booked an appointment with the optician of Bonloom right away.
Harshdeep, I believe is his name from Chinook location, has helped me a lot with the process of exchange. The same way for the other sales rep that I didn’t get the name of, she was also really really helpful from the very beginning. I am so glad that I purchased my glasses thru Bonlook, a clmpany that ensures customers are happy and satisfied with the product rather glasses of their choice.
Thank you so much to the Bonlook Team for all the help from choosing a pair of glasses, to purchasing, to exchanging and to making sure I’m content and happy with the pair of glasses I get.

Sales assistant Chris was fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience at the fairview mall location today. A wonderful sales associate named Chris , he was able to walk me through the process of buying my first pair of glassess. He knew exactly what would work well on my face and gave me honest opinions of what he though, which was super helpful. The price point was really great costing about $130 for everything including lenses. Highly recommend this location !

Very satisfied with the purchases that my daughter and I made at the Scarborough Town Centre location. Jess and Rye are very helpful and informative. They put us at ease and answered our questions and concerns very well. This is our second time here and will definitely continue to come back for our prescription glasses.

Just purchased my new pair of glasses with Chris at the Fairview Mall location of BonLook. The selection is so much simpler than at other glasses retailers and neutral. I immediately found two pairs I liked whereas I usually can't find anything in those other stores. Chris was available to answer any questions and he was so informative. He even pulled out some sample lens to help me better understand what I'm looking for and what I did and didn't need. He was really honest and not pushy at all. I can't wait to get my glasses now and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Bought a few pairs of glasses at the Kingsway location and Mitchie was incredible! She was so sweet and helpful. She definitely made my visit more enjoyable! Thank you:)
