I have used this product a few times now and it works exactly as intended. It produces frizz free, manageable, smoother hair. There is a difference after each use. As well, I have experienced exceptional customer service from the customer service team. They are responsive and considerate. I am recommending this product to friends and family and will continue to purchase it.

Fantastic products and even better customer service. I had an issue with customs charges on my order coming into the UK. When I raised this with Bonded they resolved the issue immediately so I was not out of pocket. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I have been using Bonded for over two years. Prior to this I was visiting a hairdressers and spending $300 every three months. I have also tried other at home solutions with no joy. My hair is mainly straight, but the texture is frizzy. Bonded keeps my hair pretty smooth for at least one month. You do need to reapply reasonably often, but a bottle lasts ages (I have shoulder length hair). A product well worth buying!

This product is easy to use and my hair is much more manageable. So much better than going to the salon for an expensive treatment that uses formaldehyde!!

Im disappointed to report this product was a waste of money.
I really wanted it to work, but it just doesn't.
I highly suspect the people who have left positive reviews havent yet washed their hair!
If it was done in a salon, i would definitely be asking for my money back. Dont waste yours like i did!
I followed the instructions exactly and was so happy with the results...my hair was so soft, straight and shiny...until it got wet.
Before I had a chance to wash it, I got caught breifly in a light rain. The outer layer of hair sprang back to normal.
Then when I did wash it (with sulphate free products), it all went back to normal.
So the whole treatment and application is basically the same result as if you use a serum and give your hair a really good straighten with the iron.
Side notes:
#1 - Don't leave a review until you get your hair wet!
#2 - When applying, it will find and sting you in any small cuts you may have not noticed on your hands. Not sure whats in it, but considering you need a well ventilated area it cant be good (I had window open and exhaust fan on but still really strong)
#3 - I was a bit suss as to why Bonded/Troya are not on Google reviews. Its usually because a company has had too many bad reviews and delete it or dont set it up so they can control reviews. This company directly solicits reviews from customers and only publish the good ones on their website. Looks like they given themselves a more genuine looking 4.9 stars, but this is not real or unbias! They have selected what goes on their own website. And anyone with website knowledge knows this is possible with the right plugin. Only linking google reviews with your website gives an unbias score.
I received multiple review requests via email offering 10% off my next order if I give a review. Lucky i didnt do this before i got my hair wet!

To be fair to Bonded, I have done this twice before submitting my review. Firstly, add 5 days to the expected delivery date, don't trust the delivery date given by Bonded. First time I tried Bonded, I thought I used too little and didn't use my flat iron properly and my no sulfate shampoo had not arrived so I had to use a shampoo with sulfate. I had more hairfall immediately after using the shampoo that made my hair so dry. For the next few days, more hair dropped and it took a week to go back to normal. There was totally no change to my hair texture, it was still very curly, ruly, messy and frizzy.

Fast forward to two weeks later, I did it again, this time round, I made sure I do not make the same mistake again. I made sure I applied enough treatment to my hair and I used a normal hairdryer instead of my airstrait so that I will know which hair is not properly straightened after that. I took my time to do each strand properly and washed my hair two days later with a no sulfate shampoo. After my hair was dried, my hair was still the same as before, curly and frizzy.

I can't believe I spent $81 on some useless products that does nothing at all. Reviewers, please do not review until after you have washed your hair. I believed many reviewers reviewed straight away on that day. Your hair is straightened because you used a flat iron to straighten your hair. It is not because of this treatment! All of you are misleading buyers into buying this, thinking that it really works.

Although the shipping takes time, I have to give my experience with Bonded Haircare 5 stars! The product is easy to use, doesn't have a weird/strong smell, and it has left my hair silky and manageable without destroying my curl pattern. I couldn't be happier with my results!

Love Bonded, great product I can use in the comfort of my own home. It’s simple to use and have saved hundreds of dollars from salon treatments. Have been using Bonded for about a year now and happy with results.

I cannot believe I got the same result I get from my stylist. I haven’t washed my hair, but I feel the effect will last.
It was easy to use, blow drying my hair was fast and my hair felt really soft. Then I used the straightener and my hair looks good! What I liked the most is that it doesn’t have a strong odor.

I have very thick, wavy hair. I live in Brisbane where the humidity is high so I've tried many products to tame my mop! Always reluctant to buy new products, but this time I'm very glad I did. Bonded has worked really well on my hair. The frizz, even on a humid day, has dramatically reduced. Very happy with the product and will buy again!

This product did just what I was hoping it would. I live in a very humid area and my hair can be extremely frizzy. I have been getting Brazilian Blowouts but as my hair is changing to more gray and becoming more coarse they aren't lasting as long as they used to. I love the freedom of being able to give myself a treatment when needed and was very happy with the results. My hair feels soft and can easily be straightened with a quick blowdry and light passes with my straightner. I was meticulous in the application and did 8-10 passes with my straightner using small sections of hair just like when receiving a BB. Very pleased with the result and especially like the fact it is a healthier alternative to BBs.

I just used bonded for the first time and so far I really love the results. My hair is softer and silkier and less frizzy. I live in humid Florida, so when I go outside, a little bit of frizz does take over, but definitely not as much as before. And it just feels soft and silkier than before. I will definitely use it again in a few weeks. It’s a great product and a great price since I will get a few uses out of the kit.
